Staying at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G for three days was a smooth, stylish experience. The Silom location is super convenient, putting you just a short walk from the BTS station and spots like Lumphini Park. The rooms are clean and minimalist with impressive city views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bed is genuinely comfortable. The highlight is definitely the dining—grabbing drinks at Scarlett on the 37th floor with skyline views is a must, and having 25 Degrees downstairs for late-night burgers is a huge plus. It’s a great, polished spot whether you’re traveling for business or a quick city break.

The food wasn't what I expected. There was a good variety, but the taste wasn't up to par. Also, you can't wear room slippers in the food area.

The lift is very old and made a noisy sound. I didn't expect that from a 5-star rated hotel. The corridor looked old, the room looked old with paint peeling off. The view was of a construction site, even though I picked a city view. The bathroom also looked old, and the shower head was rusted. Overall, it just looks rundown.

The hotel is convenient and friendly, suitable for both relaxation and shopping.

It's decent for the price, not too bad.

Great. The hotel is right on the main road, with lots of restaurants nearby, a 24-hour laundry service behind the hotel, and it's close to Sevel.

There was leftover food in the refrigerator, probably belonging to the previous guest. I reported it by phone but didn't get the proper response. Otherwise, there were no problems. The room was nice and the breakfast was delicious. I will come back here again. Hopefully they will be better at responding to guest reports.

Good view, good accommodation, but when checking in, we couldn't request early check-in, but people who checked in at the same time got a room. Very confusing, even though we checked in at the same time, they got a room, but we didn't get a room.

I stay with Access to their lounge club. Food in lounge was amazing and good presentation. Service was exfellent, and quick response.

Didn't let me check in only because the front part of my name didn't match my booking name. The hotel was mediocre, don't bother staying here.

Great place and hotel. I had a good stay, the only minor problem is the shower room had water that could not be fully drained, so needed to be careful when entered the shower room.

Everything is OK here but. Checking in became a nightmare, the Pullman Hotel couldn't find my name in the data base. 1 hour more process. After being assisted by a team from Indonesia. Trauma too, hopefully it won't happen again because so far I've been happy using the app. Some say, "there are always new things/ways to be improved." regards, juliaman hutabarat.

It was a good experience as I was only staying for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, during my stay, one of the battery systems that controls the lighting in my room had problems. I called reception, and staff came and fixed it straight away. Overall, good experience. The grade has dropped a lot, not very clean, no service for pregnant women at all. Only for disabled people
