Lee personnel personnel était comme d'habitude très aimable et serviable. J'aurais toutefois apprécié que le service dans la salle à manger soit un peu moins "cantine", que le personnel se donne un peu plus de temps. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de bonne qualité, mais le diner- buffet manquait de plats soignés, trop de plats qui se ressemblaient. Optez plutôt pour un service à table (comme vous le faisiez avant).

Good location close to the beach,clean room and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect (hotel staff, entertainment team, etc.). Definitely a perfect place to stay.

I booked this as a solo trip for my birthday. I sought out this hotel and was very excited for my stay. However, my experience wasn't the best. Upon arrival to the room, there was a cockroach above the bathroom door. This was dealt with swiftly by the cleaning team. However, over the course of the next few hours I had more run ins with cockroaches. They were outside my door, I heard them scurrying under the dresser and bed, in the bath and even dropping from the vent. The team informed me they were harmless and sprayed my room twice with bug spray, but they were still present. I spoke to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room and was told this was not possible as there were no more rooms available and I was to come back in the morning to check again. So I booked another hotel as there was no way I was sleeping with the roaches and asked the front desk to book me a taxi to my new hotel. I was then shown by the man at the front desk and the manager, a total of 3 different rooms that were available and prompted to cancel my (non-refundable) new hotel room. I spoke with others staying at the hotel and was told that they have also experience some type of bug in their rooms. The food options were not very varied or labelled correctly. The hotel itself is in need of updating and maintenance. I asked for Hotels.com to reach out for a refund and this was declined by the hotel. Overall, one of the worst holiday experiences I've had.

Good staff good food and a great pool

I recommend this hotel if you have a visit to sousse. Good location, and yje food is good.

Nice hotel but some rooms need repairs. Gym is very old and some equipment is unsafe. Nice variety of food. Drinks are low quality.

Lots of potential. Impressive entrance, but tired corridors. Good breakfast. Let down by general condition. We requested two rooms together but they claimed that the hotel was full and so they couldn't accommodate this. Then there was a power cut in the middle of the night to one room and corridor, leading to complete and total darkness. This couldn't be resolved and so they (eventually, after our three times going down to speak to the staff) agreed to move us to another room, which happened to be nearer to the other room (and so the hotel was obviously not full as they had claimed). Then in the morning there was another power cut, this time affecting both rooms. There was no air conditioning or the air conditioning was not working in either room. Had to keep the balcony door open due to the excessive heat in the room, which led to insects coming in.

Good selection of food at restaurant during mealtimes. Beach excellent with facilities closed by. Close to attractions.

excellent journey

Very Nice stay. We got an upgrade and the room was perfect. The quality of food is not as good as it used to be but the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We will be back

Accessibility to food in late hour is limited, other than that is ok

Hotel was great, staff are brilliant and attentive. Rooms overlooking the pool are noisy at night due to the entertainment but other than that the hotel was great.

Très beau séjour. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Excellent service de Mounira à la réception. Nous avons bénéficié d’un upgrade. Moins de choix au buffet du petit déjeuner qu’à l’habitude. Nous retournerons bientôt au Marhara Beach.
