Stayed longer in Hanoi than I planned, as I liked the hotel so much. Clean, comfortable and fairly central. Helpful reception staff, luggage storage, friendly, thorough cleaning staff, and a great security guard too, which means no worries about your bike. Will be back.

The hotel is small, cozy but the room is lovely, quite airy, very cute, nice decor, fully furnished, unexpectedly, including iron and bridge, very convenient for guests. The staff is siu lovely, good and polite. I will recommend to my friends.
