This place is amazing, you can tell they put a lot of love into everything. The staff are always around and super helpful. There's a market and a pretty lake close by, and checking out was really fast and easy. Plus, they set up rides for a great price.

Speedy check in, overall a nice pleasant stay. A free upgrade, an extra hour over the normal check out time. A nice chicken dish for breakfast, too. Couple of points for improvement with regards to Room 506: the hob extractor fan and light don’t work, the bathroom extractor fan also seems to be defunct.

Room is small but fully furnished (iron ...), but it is very clean, fragrant. Professional and enthusiastic staff. There are Thai massage services on the B2 floor which are very good, clean and convenient for guests to stay.

Always my favorite hotel when I have a business trip to Hanoi. They use all shampoo & condition & shower gel branded Shiseido. Morning breakfast couldn’t be better, I love fresh fruits and Banh Cuon was awesome. This hotel is usually fully booked on weekdays, I guess because of Japanese business tourists.

I booked for 2 people in 2 days, my lover came later so I didn't check in. But I also told the receptionist that the room is for 2 people. When I finally checked out, I had to pay for breakfast for one person because he did not check in at the counter. In fact, there are many hotels in Hanoi, 4-5 stars, and for the first time, there is an extra charge for breakfast, the room price is included, and forgot to check in. Even at other hotels, I would like to tell 2 people and my beloved one to come later, and still have breakfast coupons for 2 people but not for collection like this one. Not much, but feeling that losing money twice is really frustrating. There will be no next time here.

Center, transportation, with space for 2 basement cars. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast ok. The device is not new but clean and tidy. Blankets should be renewed, the smell of tobacco in the room and the corridor is not well treated, so it still smells Generally ok
