The location was amazing, the room was clean, and all the staff were very helpful and fluent in English.

Every hotel staff that we interacted with was unfailingly friendly and helpful. The level of service was unparalleled. Special mention to Ms. Sabrina who helped us to check in, book a spa session, and even to cross the road to get to our Grab hired car. The location is ideal. The weekend night market is literally at the doorstep of the hotel, Hoan Kiem Lake is just 2 minutes' walk away, and all the major Old Quarter shopping streets are within a short walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed, making for a comfortable stay during our five days in Hanoi. We would definitely recommend Oriental Suites Hotel to travelers looking to stay in the Old Quarter.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL SERVICE, THE ROOM IS COMPLETE EVERYTHING EVEN TO SHAMPOO ETC. VERY SATISFACTORY, ESPECIALLY THE FOOD I CONSIDER THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTELS WITH THE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER FOUND. If I go to Hanoi again I will choose this hotel again.

Strategic location, close to everywhere, very close to the weekend night market, friendly staff, can exchange money, drop off at the airport at an affordable price, there is a lift which is very helpful.

The hotel service is very great. We can early check in, they prepared breakfast for day 1 because day 2 has to travel early to airport. But they also prepared sandwich and banana for day 2 breakfast. The receptionist took us to our room and provide sufficient guidance which it is very rare experience. They are also super friendly, I met 4 receptionist and all are so friendly, nice, and helpful. Will definitely go back in this hotel for my Hanoi trip.

Very strategic location, nice breakfast, friendly & very helpful staff, especially Stephen. The room is not big (typical Vietnam hotel) but clean, and my room has a balcony, so I could enjoy the Chinese New Year fireworks!
