The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean - truly a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

The location is incredibly convenient for visiting attractions, very easy to find, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. My family had a wonderful vacation in Hanoi. I booked a room for my nephew who was taking the university entrance exam, and it was very close to the exam location. The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Free minibar including instant noodles and soft drinks, that was excellent service. They gave me a free upgraded room. This is the newly renovated hotel. The location is in the center that is opposite La Thanh Station. Good for business trips and couples.
