The location is incredibly convenient for visiting attractions, very easy to find, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. My family had a wonderful vacation in Hanoi. Impressive! It was my best room (I booked deluxe double) with the most complete amenities I've ever had (even the facial foam, hair ties, cotton bud - everything you need). They provide a heater for cold days. The bathtub and modern toilet were dope. Definitely recommend it to everyone!
