Indochine Palace

Lots of amenities and has a good location. Great selection for breakfast. Nice, competent, professional staff who are helpful. Being a bigger hotel, the stay felt very transactional which isn't necessarily a negative for everyone, but it contrasts to many other stays across Vietnam.

During our trip through Vietnam, we stayed at several excellent hotels, all under $100 CAD per night, but the Indochine was easily our favourite for value, comfort, and quality. Our room was spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, quality linens, and one of the best hotel showers we've experienced. The water pressure made the oversized rain shower feel truly luxurious. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, it has the charm and elegance of a grand property. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the pool is large and spotless, and even the pool towels were folded with such precision they looked ironed. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. It was the best we experienced in Vietnam, with an incredible variety of fresh Vietnamese and Western options. I actually filmed myself walking around the buffet at a normal pace without stopping—it took 65 seconds to complete the circuit! I've never seen a hotel breakfast this extensive, especially at this price. Even the real linen napkins added to the upscale feel. Finally, the staff were outstanding. Hospitality throughout Vietnam impressed us, but the team at Indochine was especially warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Vi and Vu, who greeted us at the front entrance every day with genuine smiles and kindness. They are wonderful ambassadors for both the hotel and Vietnamese hospitality. We only stayed two nights, which wasn't nearly enough. We look forward to staying at Indochine again

Check in was a breeze. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and centrally located. We had a suite that was beautiful furnished and spacious. The rooms were quite and spotless, the A/C cold and the bed one of the best we had ever experienced. Combine that with an expansive breakfast buffet. An absolute gem We look forward to our next stay

Breakfast buffet was amazing!

The staff at this hotel are the best! I was so sick when I got to this hotel. I will spare the detail except Van at the concierge desk went so far above and beyond to help me I can’t even begin to export gratitude. What really struck my heart was the entire staff expressed concern for my health. It was very surprising to me that as they saw me over the three days we were there they made sure to ask if I was okay. Alice was a server in the restaurant and would bring broth up to our room and would check to make sure I was okay. The hotel is beautiful itself and has so much classical charm but the staff out shines the hotel. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have such good employees. Everyone we had to deal with here was 10 out of 10

Good place to stay. Not a bad location. Breakfast was nice, although they do get quite busy so finding tables is a bit hard during peak times. Pool was decent, but not kid friendly. They provide life vests for the little ones but there isn't a lot of vests for very small kids, and the pool starts off quite deep. Overall I'd recommend it and I would return.

Breakfast was fantastic. We truly enjoyed. Room is clean. But just a bit feeling unsafe cause everyone else could get to the floor without being questioned.. That is the only unsecured feeling that I have. Other than that it’s great place to stay. Close enough to everything.

Excellent customer service. Our room was cleaned and made twice, towels were changed twice daily. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. The most comfortable bed& pillows on earth. Enjoyed sparkling swimming pool. Breakfast is unbelievable with the amount of delicious food and choices. They really spoiled us.

Staff is professional and always open for to give a hand or find good solutions. I didn't heard "i am sorry" but "we will find a way". That's the meaning of 5* international standard. There is only one to report negativ: "sound proofed" - in Vietnam that's almost not true, the traffic noise is always to hear because I couldn't find just one hotel in 9 years with double layer glass windows.

The Indochine truly gave a palace experience. Included breakfast was excellent, facilities were pristine and the room (ours was on the 13 floor) was amazing, complete with balcony, living room and live orchids. The location was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the area with lots of restaurants and bars and of course Grab always delivered a car within minutes. Highly recommend!

Vy and An are absolutely outstanding staff at Indochine Hotel. Their help during my stay was invaluable, and they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. Warm, friendly, and always professional, they truly made my experience memorable. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean Room-Exceptional staff-Beautiful Property -Great Location for getting to the sights and train with short taxi ride though just Ok for walking around due to traffic and limited sidewalk space. The staff was exceptional. Vy helped tremendously in assisting with logistics to maximize our limited time in Hue. Alice at the phenomenal buffet was very attentive and friendly through out our hours long feast:) Tranquil refreshing ( chilly at night) pool and lovely Saunas , steam and hot stone, within impeccably clean expansive shower area with helpful attendant. We wish we had more nights to enjoy our stop at Indochine Palace.
