I arrived at the hotel at 6:15 AM but couldn't find the receptionist. I called but no one answered, so I waited 30 minutes before finally getting through. The room was full of mosquitoes, the TV wasn't working, and the toilet was terribly clogged.

The hotel is small, located a bit further back from the main road, and is basically clean. There are also a few restaurants and cafes nearby. In general, getting around in Da Nang is convenient; Grab is very quick and cheap, so staying a little further back is fine.
