I saw some negative reviews beforehand. However, I tried it out, and the room quality was commensurate with the price. The room had windows, so it looked quite spacious even though I was only on the 3rd floor. Soundproofing and the bathroom weren't perfect though. Suitable for travelers who only come to hotels to sleep.

Objective review: Cheap room, close to the beach (walking distance). Room quality: The door was stuck, the bed sagged and made loud noises causing back pain, the sofa sagged even more (it was there just for show), the bathroom was dirty (I didn't use the air conditioning during the cold season so I can't comment on that), and they didn't refill bottled water even for 2 or 3 days. Service: No service provided, so I can't comment on that.
