There's nothing to complain about; I'd choose La Beach again next time I come back.

Objective review: Cheap room, close to the beach (walking distance). Room quality: The door was stuck, the bed sagged and made loud noises causing back pain, the sofa sagged even more (it was there just for show), the bathroom was dirty (I didn't use the air conditioning during the cold season so I can't comment on that), and they didn't refill bottled water even for 2 or 3 days. Service: No service provided, so I can't comment on that.

The bedroom has a musty, damp smell, making it impossible to sleep. There are no services or facilities as stated in the application.

That's awesome, so cheap, only 100-200 a night, and you get a smart TV and all the gadgets.

Good hotel, affordable price...

Ksan offered early check-in and informed me about a room upgrade due to some technical issue. However, the hotel's hotline on my room card went unanswered despite multiple calls. While showering, the cool water wouldn't turn on, and the hot water wasn't usable at that temperature. Otherwise, everything was fine compared to other hotels.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly, it was clean, and the soundproofing was quite good.
