Masova Hotel

They didn't proactively clean the room the next day; I had to call them 2-3 times. The breakfast buffet was decent for the room rate, so it was okay.

The room was great. I stayed here for one night. The sea view was also very beautiful.

The hotel was dirty and old, the hallways were very smelly and filthy. When I complained, they only sprayed the hallway for show. Towels stained with urine were left outside in the hallway and smelled terrible. A very bad experience.

Everything was wonderful, a place worth experiencing.

I booked rooms 505 and 705, which had a diagonal sea view, but directly opposite the rooms were towel carts and trash collection carts, which looked extremely unsightly. I booked a room with one large bed but received two single beds. Borrowing towels, chopsticks, and a spoon to bring to the room was also extremely difficult. The hotel had a no-smoking sign in the hallway, but other guests were still smoking there, making the smell incredibly foul and unpleasant. I will not be booking this place for my family or relatives again.

The room had a beautiful view, was very affordable, and was clean.

Everything was pretty good, every night the room had a low view overlooking the parking lot.

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and gentle. The bathroom was a bit small, but the sea view was beautiful. The towels were old and not as fragrant as those in other hotels. They need to be replaced with fresh, clean towels.

The room is small but has all the necessary amenities, poor soundproofing, a nice view, and a comfortable mattress.

The sea-view room overlooking Vinpearl was absolutely stunning. Pulling back the curtains revealed a wide panoramic view of the blue sea and white sand – a delightful sight. The room had a spacious bed (two double beds folded together) and was very well-equipped. The bathroom was also clean, with a comfortable bathtub, which the children loved. The only minor drawback was that the TV couldn't connect to YouTube, and some channels couldn't be tuned in. Also, loud conversations in the hallway could be heard due to soundproofing and the close proximity of the rooms. However, this wasn't a major issue, as the sea view from the room was fantastic. 5 stars for the price and experience from Masova!

Soundproofing is a bit poor. There are a lot of Russians in this area.

I've never seen a hotel in a tourist area this bad. We arrived in the rain, and the security guard didn't even bother to get an umbrella for us. Then, when we tried to borrow an umbrella to get our things from the car, they told us, "Go to the reception and ask there!" And that's where the real shock came in. It's supposed to be a 3-4 star hotel, but they didn't even have an iron. Then they showed us a price list for laundry services. When we agreed, we asked if we could get it done that evening (around 7 PM), but they said it wasn't ready in time. We didn't get it until 9-10 AM the next morning. This will probably be my first and last experience staying at this hotel.

The location is incredibly convenient; the beach is right outside the lobby. I chose a room with a partial sea view, and thankfully, it was absolutely beautiful, offering a great view of the sea without too much direct sunlight. The room was clean, the bed was spacious, but the only downside was that the towels weren't very clean.

The hotel is very pleasant for the guest, the view is directly to the beach. The room is spacious enough to put our things there. Breakfast is good and has many various types of food.

A good experience in Nha Trang. The room was well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and dry. The reception and security staff were helpful with luggage, and the location was convenient, close to the city center. However, the bed linens and mattress should be replaced as they are slightly yellowish. The breakfast was varied, but contained a bit too many starchy dishes.

The rooms have stunning views, are spacious, and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel is centrally located and offers many dining options.
