The bathroom drainage is faulty (the drain opening is higher than the floor level), causing water to flood into the bedroom. The door lock is also difficult to open and close, requiring considerable force.

The airport shuttle service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The early check-in assistance was very good. The location is near Hang Duong Cemetery, the prison, and the beach. The room was clean, but unfortunately, the view wasn't great (the balcony overlooked other people's rooftops). The bed linens need to be washed more thoroughly as there were still stains and ironed to prevent wrinkles, as they looked like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest.

The staff were unfriendly; despite having booked in advance, we still had to wait and compete for rooms, only getting them after 2 PM. The shuttle bus departed much earlier than scheduled and offered no assistance.

Breakfast is a bit limited, the hotel should add 2 more dishes. The receptionist is ok, but the service of picking up and dropping off guests when leading tours should be improved because the driver is sent to many places to pick up guests, so sometimes he has to wait for another car to pick him up when it's raining.

The room has a very nice balcony. Nice interior, clean toilet, strong water, ok air conditioner. The hotel has convenient motorbike rental for 150k/day. Near the market and shops. Free breakfast buffet, I think the dishes are basic, delicious noodles with western flavor. Eat while watching the mountain view.

Maya has many branches but I experienced Maya 3 and was not satisfied. The space is narrow, 2 people are cramped, the house and water are strong but the glass doors are carelessly made or broken, I am afraid of breaking when opening and closing. Regarding the food and beverage buffet, I say it is the soul of the hotel but there is nothing special, the food is very boring, not like other hotels I have used. Everyone should consider Maya 3, I spent 1.2 million/night but it was not worth it.

I booked the wrong room, far from Vung Tau city. So I didn't come to stay, I asked for a refund but the hotel didn't give it to me. I transferred the entire room fee but the hotel didn't support me to get a refund...bad
