The staff was very friendly when we checked in and told us about the live music on the patio at Boston Pizza (which was onsite). Our room was very clean and had lots of room in it. We went to Boston Pizza for dinner and it was quite busy. We waited for a bit for service, but we knew we may have to wait going in seeing how busy it was with a couple of large parties. The food was good - there was a slight mix up with my husband's order, but the server took care of it right away. The Boston Pizza turns into the hotel breakfast spot in the morning. We opted for the additional charge for breakfast and were happy we did. We each got to choose a meal from the menu along with a beverage. We were both very happy with our meals and left very full. We were only here for a short one night stay, but no complaints and would recommend this hotel for anyone considering it.

Really liked the onsite restaurant. Patio was really nice. Pool is very nice.

Our kids used swam in the pool but at the end of 2 hours in the pool almost all their toes were bleeding as apparently the finish on the sides is rough. We were planning to head to the beach the next day and we couldn't because we feel burnt when we take off the band aid. We unfortunately had to head back to town early the next day. Trip didnt go as planned.

Best stay I’ve ever had anywhere!

I found all the staff to be very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and comfortable..its a walk from Centennial park where we watched the fireworks. The one negative was having patio doors that didn't open . For our safety, which I understand, but still would have been nice to be able to step outside from our room. Breakfast was good, made to order, no buffet. The pool room was very nice. The temperature was perfect. (There's no sauna, no hot tub) It was a very positive experience due to the kindness of the staff ,and cleanliness. This location also has a Boston pizza in it, which is even better because you don't have to leave to go to dinner if you'd rather just stay in 😊 The location was ideal close to bridge as well for anyone craving those fries . I would definitely book this hotel again in the future

My spouse and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Throughout the night, there was a significant amount of noise from guests partying in the hallways and nearby rooms, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The situation continued early in the morning, with children running through the hallways yelling and screaming as early as 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there appeared to be little supervision from parents, and the noise levels were not addressed. In addition, loud televisions and conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly, which further impacted our stay. We had chosen this hotel hoping for a peaceful and memorable anniversary getaway, but the excessive noise made that difficult to enjoy. The hotel itself has potential, but better enforcement of quiet hours and consideration for other guests would greatly improve the overall experience.

Pool was great. We came in late so didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it looks really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Was told that there was no room for us to eat breakfast and that there would be a wait, but there were several open tables throughout the restaurant
