Enjoyed our stay. USB chargers were on clock

The bed was very noisy/sqeaky. I couldn’t get access to the courtyard, it was locked and no access through my room. I had a dog and arrived late due to issues on the highway & no parking available except for in a mall parkade or alongside the building where there was a lot of homeless people staying. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful, just not an ideal area or location for myself and a dog.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great. The only issue was parking, it is not connected to the hotel and it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the radisson almost every month and it’s always good

Stayed for a baseball tournament on the long weekend and we got a great price. The breakfast was nickel and the atmosphere was great. The pool is big and there is a mall connecting to the property.

The breakfast was exactly the same all 3 mornings. Scrambled eggs were fine on day 1 and then dry and hard the other 2 days. No more bananas left by day 3. Our room keys rarely worked. We had to go back down to front desk regularly to have them reprogrammed. We were told that they were sensitive to electronics and to keep them away from our phones. Even though we were careful with them we still had to have them reprogrammed daily. The ticket to exit and enter the parking garage was just as troublesome. That had to be addressed most times we came and went. Spent WAY more time at the front desk than necessary. The water cooler at the front desk with sliced fruit was a nice touch but it sat overnight and didn't get refilled for an entire day. Gross. The building is tired. There was dust around the ledge at the dining tables. Our room smelled like mould. Walking through the conference area to get to the parking garage smelled like strong cleaner used to absorb vomit. Also annoyed that the receipt from the hotel was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the so called deal I thought I was getting from Hotels.com

Breakfast was not great… booked because breakfast was included. Ended up going out for breakfast.

Hôtel pratique pour sa localisation, mais un peu défraîchi. Malgré tout un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Room was clean, staff were excellent, property especially the washroom, mostly the shower needs significant upgrades.
