Radisson Hotel Sudbury

Clean room, friendly staff & we loved the pool. Pesto's restaurant was delicious.

Room was great need to put some room slippers.

Large room, reasonable pool (changing rooms need some attention) and good breakfast. The restaurant was closed in the evenings.

The first two days were ok. Staff were supportive and friendly. However, come Friday night, a group for a hockey tournament checked in. The kids were loud and very disruptive; which is more of a reflection on the parents. However, when we spoke to staff about the kids (there were no parents around) the staff assured us they would speak to the families. Unfortunately the noise and disruptions continued. Come Saturday, the same thing continued and staff were not helpful. At breakfast time, the restaurant staff just stood around talking amongst themselves, completely oblivious to the 2 young children, barefooted and without their parents. Again, a reflection on the parents, but no one should be walking around barefoot in a restaurant and staff should have intervened. The cleanliness of the hotel was O.K. Unfortunately, they did an abysmal job when cleaning our room. The bedding had black fluffy stuff all over it. They barely vacuumed, nothing was wiped down and they left most of the garbage. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Room was perfect, clean and comfortable. From 10pm until midnighr children were running up and down the hallways slamming doors. Everytime the room at the side of us flushed their toilet our extraction fan whistled loudly.we had no switch to put on for extraction when we had morning showers. Breakfast was very good.

We stay at the Radisson frequently as my husband comes down for medical appointments. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is OK.

Very relaxing

The Continental breakfast is always superb. adaquite seating makes for a comfortable breakfast experience. There is always a variety of fresh food to choose from.

Front reception was knowledgeable.

My kids absolutely love this hotel. The service, pool, dining room, and atmosphere is friendly and we always choose thos hotel when going through Sudbury.

not a bad hotel, was clean, nice pool. staff not as helpful as they could have been. parking lot was a mess. poor snow removal. No place to eat breakfast but in your room which was not optimal. There were no serving utinsalsor tongs for the breakfast service. to be sanitary, the sweet rolls , bagels, muffins, etc should have had tongs so people wouldn't use hands. same for the fruit salad. the value was pretty good for the money.

Great staff at checkin. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was closed for the holiday season and continental breakfast was lackluster. Most local eateries downtown were also closed which provided a challenge for dinner.
