The structure needs to be improved and updated but the property compensates for it with its humble and hospitable staff and clean amenities.

Room is only clean on third day of visit Brunch is very limited to hot sausage, egg and potatoes

We travel with a small dog so we got a room that was isolated at the far end of the hotel in a section that looked like a storage zone. Really long and windy corridors with metal door and zero atmosphere. The bathroom had super low ceiling like in a basement and very sqeezy. The room was average. Had to walk a long 5 min to access outside, which makes it difficult to take our dog out for his needed walks. Staff was not super friendly. There was a mixup on the room charges (they placed 3 holds on my card) and were not very patient or comforting in resolving the issue. The hotel was difficult to find and the parking was also difficult. The pool was ok but the change room was really gross, with roting bathroom posts and stingy shower and rusty metals. Hot breakfast was ok. Overall, very disapointing.

Everything was great but there was no hairdryer

Enjoyed the pool and the beautiful room. Towels and bedding were amazing. Had a great sleep both nights. Breakfast included was very good but I am not fussy - had eggs, sausage, fruit, toast and you could make your own waffle. The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some reviews. I was a bit concerned about staying downtown but honestly it was not a problem! Just go and enjoy the Radisson! Staff were very nice and helpful as I always demagnetize my key card.

The room assigned was not satisfactory. Both of the queen beds were making squeaky noise when you try to get on the beds and moved near the footboard. The staff weren't able to help, as no other rooms were vacant.

Good restaurant

The Hotel is old and tired. Dingy…. Not dirty, but not clean. The door to the bathroom would not close and would bounce back open. The sink did not drain properly. Our room was far and awkward to get to. The parking garage is also at the other side of the building. Not convenient, especially if travelling with old people or children. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good! Beds were comfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent. It is an older hotel. Some of the rooms and decor is dated. It looks like they are gradually redecorating the hotel as it is very big.

Breakfast was great, something for everyone. The pool was nice as well.

Variety at breakfast sucks, 3 days in a row , same breakfast. The juice machine juice tasted off , when we complained we were told we were wrong and if we didnt like it there was a tim hortons close. This was my 6th time staying here. I thought the place was getring better. I am re booked and prepaid there for oct 1-2 , lets see if its any bettter. Several times there was no towels in the pool area. Twice we needed to get new key cards. It was just a disaster this time. Do better

My grandkids and I wandered around the building looking for the lobby after parking the car. There were a lot of stairs and hallways. We enjoyed the pool in the morning after breakfast. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Area and toilets are locked all the time.

Hotel is nice, but area around the hotel is old run down. Connected to a mall which has no stores in it.
