전체 평가 및 리뷰 Radisson Hotel Sudbury

Everything went well with checking in. Parking lot is very busy. Happy I arrived earlier. Room was clean. When looking out of window, can see alot of cigarette butts. It’s from people that are walking by and throwing their cigarettes which is on hotel property.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rate was really great so we were willing to compromise on the quality of the hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom in our room was pretty worn down. The shower head was pretty old and had a lot of build up. The pool was really cloudy so I was apprehensive to go in. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly. I just made sure we showered well afterwards. My kids loves the breakfast buffet. Food was ok but I wasn’t expecting a lot given the low rates charged at the hotel. The location was really great with everything we needed less than 10 minutes away.

The room was alright, the beds are double size but the water was rusty brown even after running it for several minutes which was gross.

Quiet, clean and comfortable! Breakfast included in a real restaurant (buffet style). Movie theatre down stairs and a few stores.

No water in bathroom for 1st night. Roaches on breakfast table. Not enough parking spots. Access cards was not working. Bathtub was clogged.

Although you can tell the building itself is aged, it is evident that renovations have recently occurred and efforts are being taken to ensure it stays as up-to-date as possible. The pool area is fantastic: a very decent size, clean and bright. Staff were friendly and approachable, and we appreciated the noon check out time. Our room was sufficient: it was clean and it was lovely to have courtyard access (despite the snow!). The bathroom was clean and well stocked, despite the low ceiling and questionable state of the paint in the shower area, but those issues are easily overlooked and I understand that's more than a quick-fix situation. We were there for two nights and although I mostly like the idea of every other day housekeeping, garbages need to be bigger to accomodate the bigger gap between cleaning. We are at the restaurant inside, Pedro's for breakfast on both mornings. The food was decent, the breakfast sausages were delicious and the service was friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is fantastic for anyone who likes to be central and able to wander and explore. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be staying at the Radisson again in the future!

Had to park away from the main entrance. Friendly staff and great restaurant on site. Breakfast is complementary.

Only 1 elevator working. People in the hall partying until after 230 am, rooms on different floors. The staff were amazing.

Getting to the parking lot was a difficult process. The keys didn't work on the second day so down to the lobby. The parking ticket didn't work so back through the maze of parking lot to lobby to get a proper tiched.

Room was clean and hotel was nice. Like the fact the hotel was connected to a shopping centre. The pool was nice as well but the change rooms were a little run down. Overall food experience and friendly staff all around.

The stay there was horrible we found bugs in are room so got moved to a different room that was not even clean found old muffins in the microwave candy wrappers on the floor and one of the beds were broken could not even sit on it went to general manager and he did nothing but yell at us said what I was saying was not true even after I showed him the pictures I took of everything and brought the bug to front desk and would not refund us for our rooms never will I go there again

Free parking with in/out privileges made it easy for my family to explore. Also loved that breakfast was included.
