Unaccomodating

Entrance was difficult to find, no signage over the main doors. The automatic doors were broken making it difficult to bring in luggage. The parking lot was cleared of snow and provided outlets for block heaters which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Would have given it a higher rating if they had a continental breakfast.

Stayed here a few times. Always pleasant for a work trip.

Nasty smell in lobby and down hallway. Nasty smell coming thru bathroom vent. Dog barking at 5:15 then again at 5:30 woke a lot of people including me. I did not know that pets were allowed. Curtains covered heater and if open street was right outside. Shower door opened on wrong end so you had to reach thru the shower stream to adjust.

Great location, hotel under renovation.

Spacious & clean room. Close to Airport and shopping malls. We had a good stay.

Property is doing renovation pulled up looked like it was closed. The outside looks very sketchy but once inside a relief to see some cleanliness. The room is remodel so it was very nice and clean. The road in front of the hotel is very busy all night you can hear the cars zooming by. Overall the room Was clean and nice, staff also nice but I’m not sure if we would stay there again.

The rooms are recently renovated and they were in the process of renovating the outside. Not having a breakfast was a big bummer.

We stopped in Haines and bypassed for a better place to stay. This place has comfortable neds very pet friendly and a good place to eat attached. We really enjoyed this stay

New, clean, incredibly well serviced hotel with an attentive staff and a nice attached restaurant. Great option for those visiting Whitehorse. It is slightly outside the downtown area if you are walking (about a mile), but an easy drive.
