Room was clean

We checked in late and our room was ready. Front desk staff was helpful. Second time to check in,(late evening again) apparently no reservation. The front desk staff was dis interested, appeared to be very bored. Was not going to accommodate. After seeing we had booked for future nights he admitted to available room at a high price due to walk in. We asked for a quiet room. As we were not checking out for 3 days we requested not to be moved from room to room. He asked if we would like the third floor. We replied that would be wonderful. We got 2nd floor next to the freeway. Our room cards had to be reactivated every day. Housekeeping: day 1 just clean towels. No room tidy, no garbage emptied, no coffee or tea replenished. Day 2 we requested Housekeeping 3x and our garbage was emptied had to ask for clean towels and face cloths etc. Day 3 we needed toilet paper, soap, tissues, coffee supplies. The bathroom was not cleaned. No spare TP kept in rooms. We drove thru Tim Horton's for morning coffee. We needed help to gain access to wifi as did most guests. BEST FRONT DESK PERSON IS ANGELO. ANGELO goes above and beyond for customer service remembering guests names, room numbers and is sincere, genuine and polite. Airport Shuttle: wonderful. Speak to the shuttle service directly. We were told different times by Front Desk. Spoke with Driver and he ensured we would be picked up. Parking is adequate.

It’s was aight

Was noisy at night. Can hear people in the hallways. Cleaning Staff start early and make lots of noise

Room was super small. Towels were VERY thin. Shower was 30” x 30” - almost impossible to use. Bed was very comfortable though. Lobby was hard to find: no sign. Clerk spoke poor English and was hard to understand. It was an OK hotel. It’s tired and needs renovation or knocking down and rebuilt. Room was overpriced IMO and had no breakfast included. I won’t stay there again.

We had a very comfortable stay here! It is centrally located to restaurants and shopping!

The remodel is very nice and great that you all except pets, but no grass nearby at all super difficult. The rooms are nice but the doors need to be replaced please do so, you can see underneath there is light that comes around them you can hear everything! Parking is not great either.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location near downtown. Shuttle to airport available.

This was an excellent facility to stay at. The price was great and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue - the room was on the highway side of the building, road traffic was a bit much however, I did not specify to stay on the quieter side of the building. Would stay again for sure!

There was a mouse or rat found in a room during our stay!! If I knew I would have canceled 😭

My family and I enjoyed our stay only one thing was one male night worker was rude other then that we enjoyed it

Hotel looked like it has been newly renovated. Staff we friendly & i did not find a airport shuttle. I would stay again if I were back in Whitehorse.
