The renovations that this hotel is going through are very nice and the rooms we got were very new and clean. The location is very convenient and the service was very professional.

The staff are friendly, beds comfortable, so comfortable. The restaurant attached has such delicious food and their staff are so courteous. Hotel doesn’t look like much on the outside but it was a wonder stay. I would stay again

They are conducting renovations on the first floor which made it very noisy during the day. Lot of banging and what sounded like sawing noises that were amplified through the vent in our bathroom. It didn’t effect our stay as we did not spend much time in the room during the day, but I could see it being upsetting to someone trying to rest, put a baby to sleep or even watch tv.

The person at the counter wouldn't even let us see the rooms before we gave our credit card information. No way to check out the cleanliness before paying. We turned away and left.

The property is undergoing reservations and our room definitely showed the need for them. I’m sure once they’re finished, the bathroom counter won’t be falling off the wall anymore. The age show, but at least it’s being address. Great restaurant attached and more close by. Also, groceries and shopping close by.

When I travel solo to Whitehorse, I typically stay at quality inn as it is quite close to my dentist and the big box stores and grocery stores. My room had 2 queen beds which were very comfortable. The staff who I had for my 3 day, 2 night stay was helpful with directions to stores and to allow me extra time in my room when my flight was delayed. My apologies for not remembering this women’s name do that I could recognize her.
Other great features are that there is a restaurant, Ricky’s attached to the hotel with food available all day. The food is good and priced fairly. There is a gym which is nice to have and washing machines and dryers for a fee, located on the first floor.
The lobby was cheerfully decorated with a Christmas tree and lights. I am looking forward to the hotel being renovated to bring it to a more comfortable standard.
All in all, I would return.

Convenient location in downtown Whitehorse. The hotel is in need of some upgrades, but it looks like they are doing renovations now, so probably we just didn't get an updated room. Nice and quiet. Convenient restaurant right on the property.

We have stayed here several times for multiple days, for business and it's always met a good standard. Clean, comfy rooms, good wifi, good tv, restaurant on site (we have had breakfast), easy parking.
