Great staff and everything was very clean! I went to have a shower Sunday morning cold water a d it never warmed up. No compensation at all when I told them . Our room Was very noisy.

Neat and clean

Lots of noise every time we go there unfortunately. Not necessarily the hotels fault. Our view this time was terrible, but that is expected these days with "Expedia rooms". Our phone didn't work, which wasn't a big deal since I could call their external number to get the towels we needed. The room was clean and complete though which is all we really need for a quick overnight.

They are a great hotel does not seem like a 3 star hotel - more like a 4 star hotel!

From a basic level it was great and passable. Small things were a bummer though— if you’re street facing, it can be loud. We came on a weekend so maybe it’s just louder than normal. Other things like not enough towel. The phone didn’t work (so I couldn’t call to ask for more towels). The nightlights didn’t work, so we kept the bathroom (which was too bright) on for our little child.

Decent place and well priced

The property was great for anyone looking for activities at a hotel. There was the bowling alley, arcade and pool! Parking was interesting- underground but the ceiling was very low- didnt fit a large SUV. There was outdoor parking close by.

I was here for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful! Super helpful and professional :) the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I was travelling with my daughters and parents for a wedding. My dad fell in the parking lot - there should be a sign that says to watch for your step or some yellow tape to indicate the step close to the door. My parents were also stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes returning from the wedding reception. The staff reimbursed them $12 for their troubles which was ridiculous. The check in was also difficult and we had to prepay the rooms completely.

Room was small and run down. Floors were dirty. Although some space on first floor updated. Overall a 2 star.

Had an issue with my booking as l booked the wrong date and the lady atvthe front was very helpful
