Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there.

This was truly a five star experience. The service, the room, and the location were all exceptional. We have been on a lengthy vacation staying at four other luxury properties and the Ritz is head and shoulders above the rest

Stellar Service from the moment we stepped up to the front door! Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and proactive in being sure all our needs were met. The atmosphere is one of classy elegance and our only regret is that we could only stay one night. Will DEFINITELY return!
