Great location however the hotel could do with some updating and the breakfast is terrible. Other hotel chains that offer breakfast are significantly better.

Great location. Place has been there for a while but is well cared for. Nice, good sized rooms. Clean and enough amenities. Only thing is tv reception. No real HD options. Paid parking isn’t great

Hockey tournament in town. Kids running hallway screaming and hitting doors with ball and mini sticks

Honestly we have been coming here every year at this time. And this year the hockey league took over the hotel but this year was noisier more than usual and also this year they charged for parking. So next year we will be thinking of somewhere else, sadly

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, well lit parking lot.

Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable bed and good coffee!

The room was a good size and very clean, the cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were courteous and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the pool and that area was clean. The location of the hotel is great - we enjoyed a walk by the waterfront one evening. I was disappointed that there was not a chest of drawers in the room, so there was no place to put clothes. Thank you.

This hotel is getting very tired and needs a refresh. The blackout blind was tattered and torn in our room and the desk chair was also tattered and torn. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The shower curtain was grubby and the drain in the tub of the shower was rusty and severely chipped. The hallway corridor is very beaten and the finishes were poor. The heating/air conditioning unit in the room is old, seemed dusty and didnt have digital display so you had no idea what temperature you were setting your room to. The bed was confortable enough and clean enough. Your only other choice for that very convenient location in the heart of downtown Burlington close to restaurants and bars and the view of Lake Ontario is the new hotel next door which is twice the price of this hotel.

I booked the lake view room but there wasn’t lake view and the charged me extra 23$ for the parking as well

Staff were amazing especially over the Christmas holidays. The room was not as nice as it was last time we stayed. The toilet was cracked, carpets were badly stained and the wall paper was coming off the wall.
