I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Osaka Castle from my room. At night, the castle was illuminated so beautifully that I ended up turning off all the lights in the room and simply enjoying the view for quite a while. It was a very peaceful and memorable moment. The room was spacious enough to fully relax, and everything from the bed to the bathroom was comfortable and very easy to use. The overall layout and facilities made the stay extremely pleasant. The staff at check-in were also very courteous and professional. They took the time to explain the hotel facilities clearly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I was especially happy to have the opportunity to stay at such a historic and well-established hotel. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay, and I left with a very positive impression of Hotel New Otani Osaka.

Very good, worthy of a 5-star hotel. I will stay there again next time. It's convenient, close to the train, and has a good view. If you choose a non-smoking room, you'll be on a non-smoking floor. It's great. They provide pajamas, which I really like. The water heats up quickly, so you don't have to wait. Overall, it's great.

nothing beats Osakajo view at night.

I stayed in New Otani for a night. It was an old hotel, but lovely! 5-10 minutes walk from Osakajokoen station and Osaka castle. I booked double room with castle view, though it wasn't excellent angle from my room, but it still a nice view. The room was large and comfortable, a luxury one, with an old style bathroom. And also you will see Lawson near the hotel, between Osakajokoen and Osaka castle.
