Clean room. Front desk was nice. The doors are older but work!

Room and hotel was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Perfect view of the falls from our room. Staff were pleasant. Only disappointment was the switch from room to room and waiting half the day for our next room to be ready when we were told it would be ready at 11 am. Other than that, we loved our stay.

My husband and I spent three nights at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We had a waterfall view and it was spectacular. Our room was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to pretty much anything you would want to see or do in the area if we came back we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend doing the breakfast package.

Great location. Easy to get to all attractions and restaurants. Waterpark was great. We had a fallsview "balcony" room (1176) but there was no balcony just a door that opens with a railing in front of it. We had a great view of the falls and fireworks. Would definitely recommend.

We brought our boys, 1 and 2 yrs old for 4 days and they had a great time. The room was perfect for our family, we spent almost all our time by the window. Everything is right on site, which is super convenient

Good evening, this was my third time staying at this Hotel. The staff was super friendly, I love the convenience as everything is in walking distance. View was breathtaking including the fireworks. Would go again! Was unable to turn off a/c, power on-off not working freezing cold in the room. Missing my shower cap used to be there, shower must have not been cleaned properly as soap from previous guest was in the soap holder.

We had a great three nights stay except for the valet parking is taking a bit longer for them to get our car. Otherwise everything is great!

They stay was great , I recommend this hotel

I booked a city view room for a conference. It ended up being a tiny internal room next to the elevator. My window looked out to the hall of my conference (photo attached). It was very loud and I was kept up by the elevator all night. While I was there, I was out of the hotel from 8-4 each day. And when I came back each day my room had not been attended to. The shower was designed poorly and I had to use towels to keep the water from the shower from going out into the hall. On the last day of the conference around 4 PM the hotel called up to my room asking for another guest. They asked if I was planning on booking for another night since I was still in my room. I had to tell them they got the wrong room and it turns out they had marked down my room as a completely other guest. On the last day, I also lost access to the Internet when I texted the number that was supposed to help me they essentially gave non-responses now I believe I may have been supposed to be in a different room and the person that was in my room should’ve checked out, and somehow they cancelled my Internet as it was tied to my room. When I told the front desk the issues I had they gave me the fakest sympathy. They did not offer any solutions just “oh sorry”. I don’t think I will be going back to stay at this hotel again. They also lost my business partners bags. But I’m sure they’ll leave their review also

Well located in front of the American Fall. Great view. Parking is a little tricky and expensive. Very clean room and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very nice and great for families. You really are close to everything. Clifton Hill is right around the corner from the hotel. Viewing areas and Niagara City Cruise is about a block away. The hotel is connected to a starbucks, a few other food options and a convenience store on the first floor. Other restaurants options are easy to get to within the hotel without having to step outside. There is also an arcade within the property. We did not go to the waterpark but it is also easy to get to from within the hotel. Parking is a bit of a walk but totally manageable. Again everything is connected and accessible. I recommend getting a falls view. Awesome fireworks from where we were on the 20th floor and full view of the falls. The rooms are well laid out. Bathrooms are spacious. The hotel staff are great and really try to give you a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.
