This was our worst stay here, and we used to visit several times a year. Staff were cold and clearly undertrained during busy hours. We were given the wrong room and didn’t get our first room until after 5 PM despite a 4 PM check-in. We were promised a late checkout as compensation, which was not honored. Management never responded to our complaint. Many guests were also complaining. We won’t be returning and can’t recommend this hotel anymore.

We had an amazing stay in Niagara! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special mention to the valet service — they were prompt, courteous, and made everything so easy from arrival to departure. The level of service truly made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room in good shape, staff good. When i booked the room, i was 100% positive i had booked a room with a view of the falls. However when i signed on, i was on the 9th floor facing the city... worste view i have ever had. When i inquired, i was told there is nothing they can do, and to take it up with hotels.com up with hotels.,

Great location, room is nice and spacious, cleaniness okay, noise level is abit loud in early mornings and evenings. Easily accessible to all attractions. Cleaning staff missed our room cleaning because they're too busy. Elevators are long long long wait almost anytime of the day. Parking are easily accessible. Overall I am happy with my stay.

The room was spotless, the person at the desk was great and allowed us to upgrade our room. We had the buffet dinner which was wonderful and filling. The only downfall was that there were kids right above our room and they were running back and forth in their room around 11pm and then again around 8:00am. Otherwise our stay was great!

The elevators in the hotel were having mechanical issues that the hotel did inform me of prior to my arrival which I appreciate. However I didn’t realize the impact it would have. There were lines for the elevator throughout the trip that caused a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The room was fantastic but there was only 1 elevator working for the whole hotel which was very inconvenient. When I checked out the hotel tried to charge me twice for the resort fee of $39.00 which I initially paid through Expedia and they didn’t believe the Expedia receipt.
