Small oversize parking on site....

The parkade was clean, heated and had lots of room if your vehicle could clear the door height of 6’-1”. The main floor amenities were nice and the coffee shop was very convenient. The loft room was spacious although the bathroom could have been a little larger.

The location is fantastic. and the hot tub area is great.

We had a loft room and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the unit was fairly clean. Not much underlay underneath the carpets so it can be noisy in the hallways and you can hear doors closing. It's nice and close to the main areas of town.

Good location. Hot tub was cold which was a disappointment. Fine stay otherwise.

Excellent location and great stay.

Front counter staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room wasn't good, especially the bathroom. No onsite parking for anything over 6 feet. Proximity to downtown Banff was fantastic. Overall 3/5.

The rooms were clean, parking was easily accessible and the onsite staff were helpful and friendly! The location of the hotel was great and close to a lot of shops.

For the price rooms should be more up to date but as most hotels as long as it’s full most of the year and making money why bother upgrading.

Always a great stay. Clean, comfortable & convenient to downtown Banff. Covered parking is great.
