Very good room. Nice hotel, great location. Rooms were adjacent to the lobby. Very noisy until about 11:00 then reasonable.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces at the hotel, being unable to find a parking spot during severe weather conditions such as snowstorms can cause inconvenience and negatively impact the overall stay experience. Therefore, if conditions allow, we suggest that the hotel consider providing a “one room, one parking space” arrangement or related measures, in order to enhance guests’ convenience and overall satisfaction, especially during adverse weather conditions. everything was just the way we wanted it

The rooms need a bit of a refresh, dingy towels, stained pillows and walls, but overall decent. The restaurant was irritating on the first day of the Skijor event; ill-prepared and closed off sections for the busiest event of the winter! Food is excellent though, definitely make reservations a long way in advance. Priority should be given to hotel guests but it isn't. Parking is EXTREMELY tight, and payment of $10 a night is a bit much when you may or may not even get a spot. (Luckily we did find a spot, but we were told if we didn't, to 'come back for a refund' which is putting the onus on the guest rather than the hotel.) Great location.

Hotel is in a good location but receptionist altitude is bad. Especially the one helped us to check in, her name is Alvina. Poorer service and altitude.

Great place near lots of great restaurants

The room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. The most impressive part was the tv was smart tv which it’s very hard to find in Banff when you stay. The bed was very comfortable and underground parking was very well maintained. There is IGA grocery store right beside of the hotel so very convenient.

The staff were great, the room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is situated right in downtown Banff, with easy access to transit. The hotel even provided transit passes, which we used to go up to the Gondola. Of course, given the location, you pay a premium, but it is in keeping with other hotels in the area.
