Everything was good only in the room lamp was not working and there was not even charging spot one side of the bed.

Our room smelled weird.

I purchased 1 room - 2 beds for 2 adults. When I opted for the full breakfast I assumed it would cover both adults. I was told by the desk agent that I only had 1 breakfast, but he reluctantly gave me the second one (we did not use them, so I cannot speak to the food quality). There were a lot of kids, which was nice. The pool was busy and not enough towels to facilitate everyone. The beds were sad - very uncomfortable. When I checked out they did not know who I was. My stay was obviously mismanaged. I was called the wrong last name, and they pre-authorized my credit card $100 for incidentals, but then a second which I did not approve for $122.05. I was told both were a pre-authorization and they would not put the charge through, but … why? No explanation. Poorly managed, poor quality - we will never stay here again.

I will return, good price:quality ratio.

The enterance was dirty and the hall way carpets were dirty and stained. The room was good though

There was no wifi provided, no face cloths in the room, no usb chargers, and the fridge didn’t work. The carpets smelled wet, and were damp to the touch, like they had just cleaned them and left them to dry in a closed off room. The room was humid and smelled like cheetos. I will definitely not be staying at the hotel again, especially for the price I paid!

Very clean room, friendly staff, would absolutely recommend. Pool was clean. Overall great experience!

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience our family has ever had. The problems started the moment we walked into our room. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke mixed with a strong musty odour made it feel like the room hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time. We immediately requested a different room, only to be moved into another room that smelled just as bad. At that point, it was obvious this wasn't an isolated issue—it seemed to be throughout the hotel. The condition of the property was shocking. Torn-up carpets, exposed dirty concrete floors, and an overall run-down appearance made the entire place feel neglected. It certainly didn't resemble the hotel that was advertised online. The swimming pool was another huge disappointment. It had an unpleasant smell, and the water was so cloudy you couldn't even see the bottom. There was no way we were comfortable letting our family swim in it. Then came the breakfast fiasco. When booking through Expedia, I clearly entered that there were four people staying and paid an additional $35 for a "full breakfast." At check-in we were handed only two breakfast vouchers. When we got to the restaurant, we were told each voucher was worth just $5. Seriously? We paid $35 for breakfast and received $10 worth of vouchers. After going back to the front desk and arguing, they reluctantly gave us four vouchers, but even then they barely covered a basic breakfast of eggs, hash browns, and toast. Advert

Clean and quiet. Good location.

There was a large sticky spot on the floor of our room, but other than that, it was clean. We stayed for 5 nights but our room was only cleaned twice and I had to hunt down someone several times to replace the coffee in my room. Check-in/check-out was fairly quick and smooth. The location would be better for driving, but the busses weren't too far out of the way. Pool was small and didn't look great when we got there so we never used it unfortunately.

Clean Close by to a bus stop I used to get around the city Pool water was cold but kids didn't care Worst part staying here was the doors key pad. Every night the key pad on other doors in the hall would go off. Front desk told me to just go make sure the doors are completely closed shut. Just imagine getting woken up by a non stop beeping sound and having to leave your room to walk the hall to find the door which is making noise and having to shut it closed. I Will not book this hotel again
