The hotel has been partially renovated but is in need of more renos. Also it could use some sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the TV in room next to us, although in fairness to the hotel I am not sure how loud they had the TV turned up. Over all it was okay for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly. The pool is small and there is no hot tub. Close to many amenities and restaurants. Short drive to WEM.

Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy parking and easy to get around and very pet friendly room. Never had breakfast but I'm sure it's good and so is the bed till check out....lol.

Had no breakfast at the hotel, room was very clean, staffers receptive, and parking area is a bit concerning due to safety of vehicles.

The elevator was super sketchy and didn’t always go to the floor you selected. There was also a fair size gap at the bottom of the door and we had to block the light with towels

The elevator cleanliness was way below standard. The room was not properly cleaned, the room was extremely hot and we could not adjust the thermostat.

It was busy but enjoyed the stay in the room. Parking was convenient.

We had to change room.the ac was making a loud banging noise..coffeef maker was out of service for the 5 day i was there and was still when i left. Got lock out of room the day before i left say it was glitch in the system

Rooms are renovated, however there is lots of dust in hallways due to construction, apart from that it's a good place to stay. Quite at night..

the restaurant was expensive, would not stay again just becauae there was not a bteakfast option dor guests, like a continental breakfast and vrry noisy

Room was dated, but clean. I found staff friendly and helpful. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. The on site restaurant is terrible, left very unhappy.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic as well as the room it was clean and perfect for what we needed! The restaurant attached to the hotel however was awful. The waitress that was working was quite ignorant and not friendly. As well as the food was not that good I had ordered a mushroom burger when I had opened it there was no mushrooms on it when we told the waitress she took the food to the back and was back a minute later put the food down and said “you clearly were not looking hard enough there’s one right there under the cheese”. So it seemed as though she dug through it to find one even though both me and my husband had looked. The burger tasted like old oil and I didn’t end up eating it. Then she rudely told us that we had to pay regardless which we had no problem doing and never once said we weren’t going to pay for it. We were just saying we didn’t see any mushrooms and that it tasted really bad. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again!
