everything was better than we imagined. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast exceeded expectations and the shuttle to the airport was handy (but not free)

If you are wanting a comfortable place near Heathrow, it’s a great option. On site restaurants are decent (breakfast is great). Staff is professional and attentive. I had an unfortunate experience where they woke me up as a mistakenly placed wake-up call.

Loved the room, comfortable bed and bedding. Very friendly and helpful staff, bar was awesome. Recommend and would stay here again!

The hotel is advertised with shuttle transfer available. When I emailed about this, I didn't get a reply, so did some googling and This meant a system called the 'hotel hopper' stopped at their hotel. Which wasn't like the main photo. I had to ask the bus driver if it was the right hotel. Finding the hotel Hopper was a bit of a challenge. Getting to the location was easy, but then you had to walk all along the 'barriers' to find the stop you needed. Nothing you can see directly from the outset. We ended up getting an Uber from the hotel the next morning because the transfer was going to be really tight and my husband heard reception say that we needed to allow 30 mins for the 10 min drive. The Uber itself was a challenge. But we still got there in time. So.. Shuttle accommodation 'yes'.. Direct transfer 'no'. As it turns out there were multiple hotel hopper buses that stopped at this hotel, and we could've got one 30 mins earlier. Not very plentiful at 4am. We had just traveled from Hong Kong, so after a 14 hour flight + it may have been beneficial to have some prompts from the staff about where to eat and the shuttle / taxi etc. We heard another receptionist say that the restaurant didn't open til 6.30.. So we walked next door to McDonald's.. Not my favorite place in the world., but we ate and in bed by 7pm. The room was comfortable and quiet. Perfect for the layover.

Good for a one night stopover

Got stuck at LHR and needed a place to stay. What a delightful surprise to find the wonderful accommodations at Radisson Blu! Thank you!

Just what I needed after a long journey. The staff at reception were friendly, courteous & efficient. The room was nicely appointed & clean. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Close proximity to the airport and regular shuttle bus to/from the airport. Lovely clean hotel and polite staff

Lovely hotel, great staff but we were put by the lifts on 3rd floor so kept being disturbed through the night, the bar was full of rowdy football fans who were swearing and drunk and they woke us up shouting after midnight, and then again at 7am ( as we were by the lifts ). We got an interconnecting room as our kids were next door but the internal doors were locked. Ice machine broken on our floor. Breakfast at £25 a head is 2 expensive, not many options nearby hotel for food ( Mac Donald’s next door ). And parking at £16 was pricey especially if you have an older car and you have to,pay the ulez fee two at £12.50 a day.

Screaming going on all night and knocking on doors by drunks

Breakfast was very good. Room was fine. It was a long walk down corridors to my room. The hallways were really in bad shape. The walls were scraped and dirty looking. The carpet was very difficult to pull luggage over.

Sadly not up to normally better standards.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms. The restaurant serves wonderful food at decent prices.
