Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay.

Beautiful well maintained luxury hotel minutes from Sen Marco square. Breakfast is good and has nice variety.

We really enjoyed our stay at Saturnia. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was perfect making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

I had a good stay overall. The room was nice, clean, and had a good amount of space, which made it very comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was really convenient to have a restaurant as part of the hotel, and the food was great, but it was always packed. One of the nights we weren’t even able to eat there because it was so busy. Breakfast was great with good options every morning. The only downside was the staff experience, some employees were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, while others were not as friendly. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Very central location

Room was small but clean and they had a fabulous breakfast Beware taking the complememtary boat ride to Murano as ypu have to leave after the dog and pony show and the staff at the glass factory push hard fot a sale before you leave.

The hotel delivered on everything that was promised. Plus the front desk staff and Mirko, the concierge, went out o their way to make us comfortable and assist with our tours, meals, transportation, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

My family and I loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of good options and was very good. We had a great corner room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room and space for belongings. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. I liked the layout and privacy. We said to each other we’d stay there again. Also, great location. Walking distance to the sites and the hotel has their own dock.

The staff, both at the front desk and the Restaurant - especially the concierge and the maitre d - make the Hotel Saturnia a place to remember! We stayed 3 nights for our 50th wedding anniversary trip and could not have been treated better! We were so happy that we chose this place! They arranged the prerequisite gondola ride on the evening of our anniversary night, the dinner afterwards in the restaurant and the special attention we received there, was unimaginably wonderful! This was a destination that we will never forget thanks to the excellent staff! The location is amazing as well! Walking distance to anything you need, including all the high-end and luxury shopping destinations, as well as quaint small Italian bistros and bars! We certainly look forward to coming back in the future! Grazie!
