Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay.

The hotel delivered on everything that was promised. Plus the front desk staff and Mirko, the concierge, went out o their way to make us comfortable and assist with our tours, meals, transportation, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Great location. Artful rooms with inlaid wood, glass chandeliers and creative lighting. Beautiful hotel with spacious common area, amazing breakfast. A few vegan items on hotel menu
