The staff, both at the front desk and the Restaurant - especially the concierge and the maitre d - make the Hotel Saturnia a place to remember! We stayed 3 nights for our 50th wedding anniversary trip and could not have been treated better! We were so happy that we chose this place! They arranged the prerequisite gondola ride on the evening of our anniversary night, the dinner afterwards in the restaurant and the special attention we received there, was unimaginably wonderful! This was a destination that we will never forget thanks to the excellent staff! The location is amazing as well! Walking distance to anything you need, including all the high-end and luxury shopping destinations, as well as quaint small Italian bistros and bars! We certainly look forward to coming back in the future! Grazie!

Our stay at Hotel Saturnia & International was truly exceptional. The location couldn’t be better—perfectly situated near the train station, Old Town, and the lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away and charming. The room was absolute perfection, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. We especially appreciated the complimentary in-room minibar and the included breakfast, both of which added an extra touch of comfort and value. Every aspect of the stay felt well-considered and guest-focused. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending classic elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Even with some updates taking place during our stay, the experience was never disrupted—the workers were quiet, respectful, and hardly noticeable. The front desk staff truly stood out. Their recommendations, assistance with bookings, and clear directions were flawless and made navigating the area effortless. They also recommended National Fitness Center for an amazing massage and wellness experience. We had a massage there and also enjoyed the sauna, steam, and freeze room experience—such a treat—and you can purchase a day pass, which makes it very accessible. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location.

The location of this hotel in Venice is truly spectacular, and the staff’s attention was excellent. The room size was great, and we loved almost everything about our stay. Unfortunately, after that one night, my children woke up covered in bites, legs, torsos, and even one eyelid swollen shut. I contacted the hotel, and they said they inspected and found no bed bugs. Of course, that can be hard to confirm. They suggested mosquitoes, but given the bites were under clothing and on the eyelid, I believe it was likely bed bugs. Whether I’m mistaken or not, I strongly advise guests to check mattresses, sheets, and seams before sleeping. After leaving, we had to send all our clothes and luggage to laundry, causing extra expense just to ensure we didn’t bring anything home. I share this so others are cautious, even if it was just a one-off.

This is an older unique style hotel. The rooms are very quirky and ours was a two story with a sitting area at the top! We were able to ride our taxi from the airport directly to the back door which was incredible. We loved the location. It is a beautiful street with high end shops and a gorgeous church at the end. Very convenient to St. Mark's and Doges Palace. All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Anytime we needed to find a boat ride, they would usually walk us down the alleys with us to find them. They have a free taxi to Murano which was also so nice and we were happy to buy something at the very high end studio. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The hotel bar and restaurant were always lively and upbeat. The whole place just had a great energy and great convenient location.

The family run Hotel Saturnia & International is absolutely beautiful. We received a very warm welcome and our room was quiet, comfortable and elegant with a small canal below. The hotel is centrally located and the Concierge team were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with many home made items and authentic Italian delicacies. We enjoyed having cocktails in the Caravellino bar. We were gifted a celebration cake (at breakfast) for a family event; so touching, and greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to go back and are looking at dates.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to explore the city. Although we didn't use the hotels jetty, the 2 we used were within a 2 minute walking distance. A lot of choice for a continental breakfast, some hot offerings too.

We had an excellent stay, front desk staff were very helpful to help with tours and transportation to/from station. Take advantage of the complimentary tour to Murano glass factory, then can arrange your transportation to Burano etc on your own (our choice). The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, and we each received our carafe of coffee each morning..we were very well taken of! We had a drink in the lounge, it was always quite bustling. Really enjoyed our stay!

Even with some updates taking place during our stay, the experience was never disrupted—the workers were quiet, respectful, and hardly noticeable. The front desk staff truly stood out. Their recommendations, assistance with bookings, and clear directions were flawless and made navigating the area effortless. They also recommended National Fitness Center for an amazing massage and wellness experience. We had a massage there and also enjoyed the sauna, steam, and freeze room experience—such a treat—and you can purchase a day pass, which makes it very accessible. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location.

The location of this hotel in Venice is truly spectacular, and the staff’s attention was excellent. The room size was great, and we loved almost everything about our stay. Unfortunately, after that one night, my children woke up covered in bites, legs, torsos, and even one eyelid swollen shut. I contacted the hotel, and they said they inspected and found no bed bugs. Of course, that can be hard to confirm. They suggested mosquitoes, but given the bites were under clothing and on the eyelid, I believe it was likely bed bugs. Whether I’m mistaken or not, I strongly advise guests to check mattresses, sheets, and seams before sleeping. After leaving, we had to send all our clothes and luggage to laundry, causing extra expense just to ensure we didn’t bring anything home. I share this so others are cautious, even if it was just a one-off.

This is an older unique style hotel. The rooms are very quirky and ours was a two story with a sitting area at the top! We were able to ride our taxi from the airport directly to the back door which was incredible. We loved the location. It is a beautiful street with high end shops and a gorgeous church at the end. Very convenient to St. Mark's and Doges Palace. All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Anytime we needed to find a boat ride, they would usually walk us down the alleys with us to find them. They have a free taxi to Murano which was also so nice and we were happy to buy something at the very high end studio. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The hotel bar and restaurant were always lively and upbeat. The whole place just had a great energy and great convenient location.

The family run Hotel Saturnia & International is absolutely beautiful. We received a very warm welcome and our room was quiet, comfortable and elegant with a small canal below. The hotel is centrally located and the Concierge team were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with many home made items and authentic Italian delicacies. We enjoyed having cocktails in the Caravellino bar. We were gifted a celebration cake (at breakfast) for a family event; so touching, and greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to go back and are looking at dates.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to explore the city. Although we didn't use the hotels jetty, the 2 we used were within a 2 minute walking distance. A lot of choice for a continental breakfast, some hot offerings too.

We had an excellent stay, front desk staff were very helpful to help with tours and transportation to/from station. Take advantage of the complimentary tour to Murano glass factory, then can arrange your transportation to Burano etc on your own (our choice). The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, and we each received our carafe of coffee each morning..we were very well taken of! We had a drink in the lounge, it was always quite bustling. Really enjoyed our stay!
