Great price and location! Staff informative and amicable with no fuss. Clean, unique decorum, & busy bar and restaurant. Apple dessert was flavorful and light! Would recommend!

Overall, the hotel was amazing and the staff super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the hotel bar is simply perfect. Great cocktails and good ambiance.

Everything, amazing hotel.

The room was just beauriful. View of the small rio below gave a great experience of life on the water. Hotel staff were very welcoming and so helpful. Bar atmosphere and staff also made for a very pleasant evening.

海外のホテルでは珍しく、朝食付きプランのみのホテルでかなり豊富なラインアップのビッフェスタイルの朝食が付きます、日本のホテルなら2,500～3500円級で、円が190円だと4,500円～6,000円換算に匹敵するのでかなりお得です。 場所もすごい便利な場所にありサンマルコ広場にも近いです、スーパーは10分ぐらい歩きますが軽食が買える店は2分ぐらいの場所にあります 日本からはフランクフルト経由で深夜2時にホテルに着きましたが快く対応してくれました（事前にメールはしてます） 季節的に少し乾燥するのでマスクなど寝てる時の加湿対策は必要だと思います 今回はオリンピックに合わせて数日ベネチア観光でしたが謝肉祭前夜に到着し土日の謝肉祭で「街中がコスプレ会場」でしたがホテルでも謝肉祭イベントを開催しているのでホテルのフロアも謝肉祭わっしょい！な感じで楽しかったです 次回は暖かいベストシーズンに訪れたいと思います

We felt we were discriminated against based on a family member who is trans. I reached out directly to express my concerns. Their disappointing response is below. I contacted Expedia who said they will look into it but will not provide an update so it feels like they are not taking this seriously. From the Saturnia: "We are talking about something that happened in 2025, that is, almost 10 months ago, am I right? It was a long reflection, I would say. Our hotel does not discriminate in any way. We welcome people of all races, genders, and religions, and discrimination is not part of our culture. Our hotel staff is made up of people of all genders and religions. We have lived in peace with everyone since 1908, when the hotel was opened by my great-grandparents, and we have never received a message like this before. Frankly, it is quite difficult for me to trace back to what happened in April 2025, but in any case, I can say with complete confidence that this can only have been the result of a huge misunderstanding. You must have misinterpreted something. I have no doubt about that. We do not judge our customers in any way; in our eyes, we are all human beings/living beings, and that is the only thing that matters in our hotel always. I don't think I need to add anything else, except to say that you should live with greater serenity, which is what we have always done with all our customers who have been coming from all over the world for more than a hundred years."

Belle chambre mais petit déjeuner pas forcément à la hauteur

Espectacular hotel .Bien ubicado , de lo mejor

Tout était parfait. L'amabilité du personnel et l'anticipation. La chambre était aussi parfaite, ainsi que le petit déjeuné. Je recommande fortement. Au centre de tout pour decouvrir Venise.

Hotel muito bom, com excelente localização. Perto das principais atrações, comércio, restaurantes e portos para pegar os barcos de transporte público.
