Great hotel! Close to Brock - always our go to!

Helpful staff and great little restaurant.

All staff were very nice. I was charged twice for the incidentals but it was returned back to my card before I checked it

the floor on the room we got was sticky. there are dry leaves on the aircon's filter. the shower could use a little more cleaning our friends stayed the same time as us,. their room was better maintained. the staff are friendly and helpful.

The entrance was spacious and clean; however, the room left much to be desired. Bathroom was a particular turn off with mould growing between the under mounted sink and counter. Cob webs in corner by the shower. It was clear the entire space was just superficially cleaned. We were also given a room on the bottom floor with an emergency exit door. For $400 it was not good value to me at all. Almost wondering whether you get worse rooms when booking through third party.

A nice size suite with separate bedroom. Large hotel with 4 floors but only 2 elevators not in good working order.
