Staff and location is what keeps me coming back.

This Ritz hotel does not meet the standards of an actual Ritz hotel. Hallway floors were damaged and dirty. Shower curtain smelled and had mold. Great location though!

The Ritz was a terrible experience. They refused to change our date, leading to endless back-and-forth with both Expedia and the hotel. We ended up leaving two days early, and they didn't even approve our refund. The front desk staff provided absolutely no customer service. The air conditioning barely worked, and the floors were dirty. Rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything, I strongly advise against staying here.

Great location, very noisy area at night, no parking. Had to pay extra. It was a great experience over all…

En general tuve una muy buena experiencia, en este hotel, sobre todo por la excelente localización que tiene, exactamente a la mitad de distancia entre Bellas Artes y el Zócalo, pudiendo llegar a ambas partes en 5 minutos a pie. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y si volvería a hospedarme de nuevo.

Perfect location , quiet from street noise.

Staff was awesome! We arrived early and they accommodated us to get our room early they saw we had our son with special needs, also kitchen staff was amazing those mojitos were great!!! This has been out fourth time in this property and will definitely do it again

No complaints about the cleanliness, staff, breakfast. The air conditioning worked too which we do not need. But used it to clear the stuffiness. Highly recommend

Great location! Receptionist speaks english. Bathroom is small on the room that we have but otherwise all was great!

We stayed there for 3 nights. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Centro Histórico and within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Mexico City. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was more than we expected. Spacious, clean and modern with beautiful frame of cmdx above the beds. Beds and mattresses were super comfortable. Recommended.
