Everything was beautiful,clean and great

Our trip was april23 to April 27

Loved the pools.room cleaned daily.hallways loud at night if you have little ones might keep them awake.but it’s vacation soo can’t be to mad at it

It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it—the food, the room, and the friendly staff were all great. The only thing I'd mention is that some parts of the pools need maintenance, but it's nothing serious. I'll definitely be back.

Too many teenagers on the loose causing a ruckus on the resort. They were drinking and throwing up everywhere. Not sure if it was the timing that we went. Two people in our party got food poisoning

We had a wonderful stay at Moon Palace Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and there were so many activities for kids—my children had an amazing time, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. However, there was one issue that affected our experience. We traveled as two families and requested rooms close to each other, but we were placed far apart. Unfortunately, when we spoke with the staff, the situation was not resolved, which was disappointing. Overall, it is a fantastic resort for families, and we had a great time, but I hope they improve how they handle room placement for guests traveling together.

My favourite all-inclusive experience so far. The staff at this resort are phenomenal, the property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food was better than anticipated, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious, so it was disappointing to see two double beds instead of queens; that change would make this place a 10/10.

Food was amazing

Our 7 day trip to the moon palace sunrise was excellent. The staff were amazing, helpful and so nice. The amenities blew us away. There was everything needed for a family of 4 with younger kids. Highly recommend this resort.

Family friendly good food

We did 6 night as moon palace cancun from April 19-25th. We were little nervous before going there. There are alot of reviews that confuse you. At first we were worried that we been put into moon palace sunrise instead of the grand(expedia pictures shows mostly grand) and it might not be good. But after spending 4 nights at sunrise and 2 and grand I realized that sunrise has more activity and shows for kids. Even sunrise pool are well maintained and good fun for kids. Overall trip was great with no issues. Staff was really helpful and kids had great time. I will want to thank Fabricio for making your stay comfortable and made sure all our needs are met. Highly recommend great resort with great service.

El mejor servicio

Such an amazing resort. Great staff, amazing facilities from the pools to flow rider, sailing and games room. Brilliant activities on offer and great food throughout all the restaurants. Would highly recommend stayind here for any age group

Incredible property with all the amenities you could possible ask for. The restaurants were 5 star - especially Momo Asian Cuisine. The room was beautiful with a hot tub, stocked bar, and patio with a hammock. Would highly recommend this property!!
