Great place to stay. Hottubs and sauna were great. Restaurant was.very.good. Location was perfect.for.what.i wanted.

Strict late checkin (4pm) , 2 stars at best : dated hotel, mediocre service, and very small rooms.

Excellent option for access to plains of Abraham and all the sites for visit. Within 10 min walk. Great lively space and staff. Outstanding little hitting space along with dip Pool and sauna. Rooms very clean and changed daily. 10/10

Steps away from The top attractions such as plains of Abraham, close to all the amenities of food, drink and shopping. Quick walk to Old Quebec/petite Champlain, ferry, etc. beautiful staff. Quiet comfortable rooms

Excellent location, really accessible. Clean, if slightly spartan room. Poor soundproofing led to some invasive noise from the bars and clubs on Grande Allée, and from other guest rooms.

It was under renovations, some things were not perfect but for the price it was good. The lotion dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t functioning, tv light was flickering in the dark even though it was off, a/c was a bit loud but its a beautiful city. I’ll be back in the summer

Nice hotel with good amenities, kids were happy with the pool. Location works great to walk to the old city.

The property was located conveniently near many walkable areas (food, museums, shops). The sauna was a plus especially due to the climate (we were there in March). Check in was fast and Jordan was amazing. The room was spacious. We did not have a great customer service experience at the bar they had located on premises so we chose to eat at a different location which was amazing, close by to the hotel. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean room

We loved our room and how it looked onto the street. Which was noisy at night, however we loved being in the action. The restaurants all around were delicious. We ate in the hotel and the chicken breast I had was a little dry. My husband really enjoyed his chicken thighs. We only had our room done up once during the 4 night stay and the maid didn't clean up the greatest. Also the hot tubs weren't the cleanest and the lids were atrocious to lift. Over all we would recommend staying here.
