The person that checked us in was very welcoming, we were given a bottle of wine as we chose the eco option due to staying two nights. The foyer, lifts and corridor to our room were clean, clutter free and well decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and very welcoming, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything in the bathroom was immaculate and the hand soap etc was great quality. We had a great nights sleep, the room was a great temperature and the curtains kept the streetlight out. We went to the bar both nights and the staff there were also great, the choice and quality of the drinks were great too. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff really shone from the moment we arrived! Zoe was our first contact and remembered us the entire stay. Even our random request for two forks was met with a smile and completed!

Kept awake all night be night club noise from over the road. Music and shouting. It's fine to charge extra for nicer rooms but you can't take money off people for rooms which you can't sleep in. To have a room which doesn't face the nightclubs, that's extra.

I had to change the room as there was plenty of hair on the mattress cover. Overall cleanliness is questionable from dirty and smeared windows to dusty telephones. Spa is beyond average with rusty lockers and steam room that hardly produces any steam. The biggest perk of this hotel is the location, otherwise its seen better days.

The executive suite we had was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating. My wife enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel is located within close walking distance to the Queen Street train station and close to the St Davids centre where there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops.

Nice hotel , with great facilities including the indoor pool and spa area , as well as a bath and shower in our room . The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were very efficient and hospitable, a credit to your hotel .
