Falls side room have balconies.

We didn’t get the room that we had booked online, they gave us a more expensive room without us knowing until the charge went to my card. The breakfast was bad, the toaster took forever and I think they could have a better way of doing it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Niagara Falls center and transportation, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our family. One drawback was the small refrigerator, which made it difficult to store leftover food, and the lack of a microwave for reheating—something that would have been especially helpful during our four-day stay. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were attentive and proactive in refilling items to ensure nothing ran out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a few areas for improvement.

Exceptional service this is out second stay this year . Besides the loud restaurant music till 11 pm everything else was wonderful. We will be returning soon .

The only problems with this hotel is the elevator for one. There is only one. It's not big enough to handle the amount of people in the hotel. There should be more than one elevator. There isn't even a maintenance elevator for the hotel staff. In essence You wait. Also, I know it's "free" but the included breakfast was so-so.

The layout of the hotel was wacky. From our room on the first floor we had to walk outside to get to anything such as the breakfast room or indoor pool or ice machine. Where is the ice machine? I saw it somewhere. Halls do not connect from one area to the other. Breakfast was crowded; the food selection was not stellar. No fresh fruit, oatmeal, whole grains…. You could not take your coffee out of the dining room. Signs on the table that you had to leave in 20 minutes. We didn’t even bother to eat there the third morning. However, our room was lovely, outdoor pool was nice but no towels provided. The hotel was a convenient location to the falls.

It is a great location but is on the older side. The price was not worth it. Next time we will spend slightly more for the more luxurious hotels. It was not half the price, it was only slightly cheaper when we booked. At least it was clean.

Great proximity to the Falls. The balcony view was beautiful and breakfast was delish. Most of all Cleanliness was on point with a kind staff. I would definitely visit again.

Walls a little thin, breakfast could have been better

Everything was great but the breakfast buffett was lacking. No fruit sausage both mornings. Other than that Everything was great

The front desk was not welcoming. Didn’t smile or say more than a few words. Our WiFi didn’t work on the 6th floor and they made me call technical support. Technical support said they’d call the front desk and then I never heard back and the WiFi was never fixed. Bathroom was old and grungy. Rust stains and very outdated. For breakfast you’re not allowed to take food to go. You have to wait in a very long line and sit in a small stuffy room to eat. Food was basic continental options. We left early and again no more than two words were said to us as we left.

The hotel definitely needs updating. There was mold in our bathroom and the room had a damp feel to it.

Look for the price so close to Niagara Falls. It was OK as my stars readings show. My room smelled like cigarettes. The maintenance on the tiles and walls and paint and elevator are relatively poor. Some staff were good others obviously new or untrained. My biggest complaint was they charged $14 and change resort fee from the booking on my deposit. With the above mentioned problems, it was definitely not a resort although the proximity to the fall made it possible to look past the situation, but the resort fee was the dealbreaker.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom is small but sink is outside of tub and toilet.Very close to OLG venue for concert.Staff were very helpful.

This was our second stay and it was fabulous My only recommendation is taking the carpets out of the rooms. This is really bad for those of us with respiratory problems

They have 2 building, one taller and one smaller. They were gave us room on smaller buildings ,no elevator and when take breakfast’s we need to go aground
