There were some long black hairs inbetween the comforter and sheet in the bed.

It could have been ok if the front desk ladies will be nice to customers. It is our first time in this hotel and will not come back. There is parking fee but not enough parking and we arrived late from US. We ended up parking in the Casino good thing we have free parking in the Casino. On check out i told the lady in the front desk that there are no enough parking and we parked at the casino and she said we should have given up the parking tag so i will not be charged but that was not explained to us when we checked earlier before going to the border. So i told her i can get the tag in the car and she said too late you will still be charged it should have been given up last night. I did not argue all i said if you know you do not have enough parking and the customer explained then do not charge the customer. We are pating a lot of extras already after the pandemic for lesser services. Also they said there a limit of 2 pax at the buffet or pay $12.99 in excess of 2.

The room was very clean. Staff were courteous. The fridge didn't keep milk cold but reported it to the front desk and they were looking into it. Appreciated an easy to operate heating system.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Heater/AC was a little noisy. Green light from smoke detector is super bright - hard to sleep with light in your eyes! Breakfast is better than other hotels and there's a pool. Overall, it's good

All was great except the pull out couch. There was 3 of us so we were each hoping to have our own bed. The pullout is in serious need of a new mattress.

The front desk staff was quite rude upon check-in. He would not answer my questions about the room rate and would only point wildly to a printout he gave me. I suspect we had a room at a lesser rate that the couple checking in beside us and he didn't want to say it out loud and repeated pointed to the parking fee instead of telling me the room rate. He also enjoyed talking over me. We were placed in the older section of the hotel which was clean but certainly needs updating. To reach our room we had to walk outside and around the to rear of the building as there is no access from the lobby to our older wing which is ridiculous when you are carrying luggage through the snow. When I booked the room I was told there was parking available which I believed to mean it was free. I was surprised by the $25 per night additional charge and feel this should be more explicitly noted. The breakfast buffet was a gong show. A very long wait, food was in short supply and we were asked to share a table with strangers so they could increase capacity. I would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff , clean rooms and close to casino and falls

Staff at the kitchen did not answer when I asked something and ignored me for the further question, even though i asked with attitude.

Room was good ,the building itself needs work the pool was very dirty ..majority of the doors in the building don’t work can’t get to rooms or pool from lobby

I loved every staff member I encountered but was very disappointed that during off season there was no possibility of keeping our car in the lot on a Sunday afternoon, even when I assured them that we would be gone before checkin.

Pool is nice, 6ft deep. Note that parking is an additional $25. Parking spots are limited though and some people were unable to park in the lot. The breakfast is nice. It’s in a small room so it can get very crowded near the end of breakfast time (6:30-9:30).
