This property is quite run down with many areas in need of repair. The first place they should start is the elevator. Breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. All guests crammed into two little rooms in the basement with the employees yelling to move out of the way as they try navigate through with food refills. Plus side: Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

Internet was speedy. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Room clean. Close access to Falls .

Our room was quite large, which was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was that to get to the breakfast. We had to go outside and back into the main entrance to be able to go to the facility where breakfast was served. It made no sense.

hotel is a prime example of a lemon! The lobby and staff looked nice and professional, but when we got to our room and saw the rest of the hotel, it was less than appealing and they change for every little thing so be cautious!! They charge extra for parking, ($25 day+HST) they have signs saying the count your towels and if any are missing your charged $10 for each one missing. Your charged $15 per night + tax for a resort fee and a $5 + tax a night for accommodation. Water damage all over. Rooms were very small bathrooms could barely fit in enough to shut the door. There is a little gap to see a bit of the falls, but not much. You’re basically looking at the rest of other hotels. No microwave in room and the water in the lobby they gave to drink tastes like it came from a toilet bowl! Beds were OK for comfort, but the slightest movement can be felt throughout the entire bed. Walls are very thin. went to the desk for more towels. The lady said that she would be up in 10 minutes with fresh sets. Took about 1.5 - 2 hrs before she came up at 11:30pm. Elevator was extra slow. Only one in the building. We took the stairs a lot! Breakfast you have to check in with your room # and given you 20 minutes to eat. There are signs saying that you have a limit before you have to leave. The food was awful! The pool/hot tub was ok until we found a bandage stuck to the side. did see staff cleaning and wiping down things so that was a little assuring but that’s all I can say for positive

Great location for seeing the Falls and close to all other attractions

The room was clean, though the rooms and hallways are not what the lobby would have you believe. Breakfast had hot options. The pool was big and great for the kids.

Breakfast was great need bigger area to serve many guests and also fresh fruit needed The staff are terrific! Hiding the parking fee in small print is dishonest. The price appears to be less expensive then $28 for parking.

I personally wasn’t crazy about breakfast but they did have one and the staff were all so nice. The hot tub was nice and the pool was heated. The hotel was in a great location too. Overall, I was really pleased.

Breakfast had sausages, eggs, waffle station with make your own waffles, cereal, toast/bread, and something else that I didn't look at. They had Orange juice, apple and water, and probably milk which I didn't look for so didn't notice. It was more robust than what I was expecting. indoor pool was heated, deep end is about 1.9m maybe 2m, don't dive in head first. After check out you can stay in the parking lot until around 1pm, so if you have a concert or something you have to find another lot or pay $25. There is $10 parking nearby next to the tim hortons or in the sky tower lot B. Had a 1st floor 2 double bed room, it was next to the copa, even with their music blaring outside didn't hear a thing in the room at all.

Perfect location, clean with friendly staff. The perfect spot for a staycation with the kids.

Beds and pillows not comfortable at all.

I have no complaints about the hotel. The check-in was a little confused. They made an error on my debit card. Hopefully, it has been corrected.

It was just ok for the price.
