We just slept there. Did not use the pool But everything looked great. Our room was comfortable. 2 queen beds, lots of space. We will stay there again. So close to Fallsview .

The room was cleaner than expected — there wasn’t a single hair visible on the carpet or bedding. The bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well maintained and in excellent condition. Considering the hotel’s excellent location and reasonable parking fee, it definitely deserves a five-star rating.

The section of the building we were in was two stories with no elevator. The breakfast was very good but to access it you had to exit the building go through the parking lot into the main entrance and downstairs. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Location is very good . Close to incline rail lift access to the falls.
