ナイヤガラの滝から近くて便利でした。

立地はよい。滝が見れるところまでは徒歩20分ぐらい。観光に疲れたら一度戻って休むこともできる。22時の花火を見に、夜で歩いてもすぐ戻れる。 フォールズビューにしたら5階で、部屋からもギリギリ花火が見られた。 近くのお店の生ライブは23時ごろまでやっていて部屋にも聞こえるので、早く寝たい人には向かないかも。 建物は古い、最低限の清掃はされている。 受付スタッフは、ずっとあくびをしながら対応していた。後ろにも人が待っているのに、ゆっくりしていた。 朝ごはんは普通。フルーツなどのフレッシュなものはないが、ワッフル、パンはおいしい。朝食会場のスタッフは、優しく丁寧な対応でよかった。

Pool is nice, 6ft deep. Note that parking is an additional $25. Parking spots are limited though and some people were unable to park in the lot. The breakfast is nice. It’s in a small room so it can get very crowded near the end of breakfast time (6:30-9:30).

The room was very clean, great location and we really enjoyed the breakfast. It was perfect for a one night stay near Fallsview Casino!

The room was in good condition except the bathroom sink drained too slow. I let the housekeeping staff know about it. The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind, however the breakfast staff seemed crabby.

Very affordable (off season) clean room, well maintained, great breakfast and nice staff.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, but on the smaller side. It was great to have breakfast included. It's a great location. Staff was pleasant. We took advantage of the pool, but the floor was very dirty and the staff is the hotel kept coming and going from an exit door in the pool area. They were dragging in snow and dirty making the floor even worse. The heating and cooling units in the rims are quite loud and we found the tv's a little small and really no good channels. There is also only one elevator which can sometimes be inconvenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel for value, location.

This is my 4th time getting a room here.. its always been a good stay.. Breakfast is included in stay. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurts, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, toasted bread. Oh almost forgot the waffle station.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Our one complaint is the beds were terribly uncomfortable for us. If you like a really firm bed, you would be pleased. We had trouble sleeping and eventually woke up sore all over. Pillows are also oddly small (squares, not rectangles).

Friendly staff.. clean room..short walk to the casino and olg and the incline bus to get you down to table rock and the falls Over all great location reasonably priced. They offer breakfast great start to the morning.

Room and hotel were clean. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, we smelt it every time we came back into the room. Parking was an issue. May have been the snow we had recently so we had to park offsite at Vinny’s restaurant, paid $25 extra to park at the hotel and no sorry, no refund. Staff on day of arrival were miserable. What happened to a nice welcome. Free breakfast only until 930 am so we missed that by the time we were up and ready. Paid $200 for this room;, close to casino and falls however, overpriced in my opinion.

We love the location and price of this hotel! We can walk to all our favourite spots. Parking is reasonable and on site. Rooms are as expected and clean!

Good times were had by all.

good stay. clean room. only one elevator though so its slow to get down during check out times.
