ナイヤガラの滝から近くて便利でした。

立地はよい。滝が見れるところまでは徒歩20分ぐらい。観光に疲れたら一度戻って休むこともできる。22時の花火を見に、夜で歩いてもすぐ戻れる。 フォールズビューにしたら5階で、部屋からもギリギリ花火が見られた。 近くのお店の生ライブは23時ごろまでやっていて部屋にも聞こえるので、早く寝たい人には向かないかも。 建物は古い、最低限の清掃はされている。 受付スタッフは、ずっとあくびをしながら対応していた。後ろにも人が待っているのに、ゆっくりしていた。 朝ごはんは普通。フルーツなどのフレッシュなものはないが、ワッフル、パンはおいしい。朝食会場のスタッフは、優しく丁寧な対応でよかった。

When you book through Hotels.Com they give you the worst room they have, mine was under the elevator engine so when someone use the elevator you hear the motor. The breakfast was ok but not many choices, the Hot tub was not so clean, not powerful and it was really busy the day I was there.

This is a lower priced hotel and is older but it was so well maintained, staff excellent, free good breakfast and beds incredible. Could not ask for more especially at this price.

The hotel rooms do need to be updated, they are older, but clean. The pool area is big, clean and has very convenient hours. The hotel also supplies pool towels in the pool area. The continental breakfast is okay and what you should expect for this type of breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, English muffins, yogurt, waffles machine. It was perfect for us The hotel is close to restaurants but is a 25-30 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staffs “the Filipino lady with another white girl” I was supposed to be only charge a security deposit of $100 .. was over charged and at the check out I wanted to know why… which is. Simple question… the lady said the money will return within few days ( YES I do know that) however I did not authorize that … I said yes for the security and no parking needed… the white girl said if you keep interrupting me… you will have to leave. I said this is not an away to speak to a client… the Filipino lady jumped in into the conversation and said I was rude… I said I am not … I’m just asking a question. She said she checked me and I was informed about the parking … I don’t want to argue with here … I know for facts she was LYING… I checked in a week before and it was the manager and he did ask me if parking needed and I said no ( so only charge $100 security deposit) when asked for a business card to make a complaint. the Filipino lady slam the business card on the counter… I decided not to extend my stay and went to the Hilton ( way better and well educated staff) I DO NOT RECOMMEND TGOS PLACE

Great place for the right price we had the top floor enjoyed the quite breakfast is good I think children should be only allowed in the pool area early part of day after 500 pm it should be adult time We tried to have a nice hot tub but kids running in and out screaming which kids do but adults that want quite time deserve tranquility as well Thanks Mrs Robert Hyland

Location is perfect to every amenity that you would want to visit. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. My stays at the Comfort Inn have always been relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing place!!

The hotel itself is small. But its very accommodating. They have a pool, hot tub and balconies. Im a single mother with a seven year old. For us it works especially for the price. I talked with others on their stay and they felt similar. We had the 7th floor and you could see the falls, we watched them at night. The area around the building is very large. This is one of the smaller ones. So it depends what youre looking for! The contintental breakfast is appreciated and really nice. The rooms are up to date. The pool is clean and not too busy, but at times it is. Its nice if you need a safe location, for family, water activities on site and dont mind travelling for falls activities. The elevator going down to the falls parkway is across the street so it will lower you to walk the falls and do closer attractions. I really liked my stay. The staff are really nice too.
