ナイヤガラの滝から近くて便利でした。

立地はよい。滝が見れるところまでは徒歩20分ぐらい。観光に疲れたら一度戻って休むこともできる。22時の花火を見に、夜で歩いてもすぐ戻れる。 フォールズビューにしたら5階で、部屋からもギリギリ花火が見られた。 近くのお店の生ライブは23時ごろまでやっていて部屋にも聞こえるので、早く寝たい人には向かないかも。 建物は古い、最低限の清掃はされている。 受付スタッフは、ずっとあくびをしながら対応していた。後ろにも人が待っているのに、ゆっくりしていた。 朝ごはんは普通。フルーツなどのフレッシュなものはないが、ワッフル、パンはおいしい。朝食会場のスタッフは、優しく丁寧な対応でよかった。

Been to this hotel 4 years in a row. If you’re looking to save money, this is one you would save it on. Complementary breakfast, it’s basic but gets the job done.

All the staff are friendly and respectful, starting from the desk, cleaners and servers.

We always enjoy our stay at the comfort inn, close to everything, short walk to the falls.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was clean and provided the basic amenities we needed, comfy bed, clean bathroom, decent pool for the kids, nothing that made you feel like you were on vacation though. We were mostly upset by the hidden fees, the $30/day for parking wasn't listed up front when we booked. The city view room was a view of the wall next door so having a balcony was pretty pointless. The time limit to sit and enjoy your breakfast really takes away from the vacation time as well. Location of property to the major Niagara Falls attractions was great. It's a short walk to the casino and Horseshoe Falls and a bit of a longer walk over to Clifton Hill, but being farther away from Clifton Hill keeps the area less noisy and busy.

Very good location. The building is old

We had a room on the fist floor. The first impression was there was a leak coming from the ceiling because of all the towels layed on the floor. There is also a strong odor like chlorine which is assuned to be coming from the pool which is also located on the first floor. The room was pretty good and clean with a comfortable bed. Definitely not a queen bed, but more like a double. Outside of the chlorine smell, the pool was warm and a good size for swimming. The hot tub was also decent size but the jets barely worked when activated. The hot buffet breakfast which is included with your room is definitely the best part of the stay. They have decent meal options, are well organized even when hectic and busy, and was always hot and fresh. We were there for a business conference and weren't planning on being in the room often, so for the basic amenities, lower price point, and proximity to the Fallsview casino, restaurants, and the falls, it was worth the stay overall.

Room was fine but the "balcony " was not. I knew they were very small but ours faced a cement wall and the roof of the mechanical equipment. Wondered if we were given this room because we booked thru Expedia rather than directly with the hotel site. The tv had very few channels butit was satellite tv and would cut out. The beds were comfortable. The pool was ok but the jets in the hotbtub were minimal at best. Breakfast was very busy and there was a line up to be seated. Food was ok; usual stuff.

This hotel is very close to the attractions, within easy walking distance to the casino & convention center, is surrounded by restaurants, and a decent breakfast is included. Rooms are dated, simple, but have all the basics. This is not a business hotel, as rooms are ill-equipped as actual workspaces, with no desk. It is affordable, the staff are friendly, and have all amenities that a family with younger children will appreciate.

Our room was nice,clean and very big. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Comfy bed, quiet as well. Would stay again.

Surprised to be told that parking was $30 per night and that I could leave my truck in the parking lot for the Sunday afternoon while I attended a conference. The staff didn’t want to accommodate. Will be looking elsewhere next time. Good location though
