ナイヤガラの滝から近くて便利でした。

立地はよい。滝が見れるところまでは徒歩20分ぐらい。観光に疲れたら一度戻って休むこともできる。22時の花火を見に、夜で歩いてもすぐ戻れる。 フォールズビューにしたら5階で、部屋からもギリギリ花火が見られた。 近くのお店の生ライブは23時ごろまでやっていて部屋にも聞こえるので、早く寝たい人には向かないかも。 建物は古い、最低限の清掃はされている。 受付スタッフは、ずっとあくびをしながら対応していた。後ろにも人が待っているのに、ゆっくりしていた。 朝ごはんは普通。フルーツなどのフレッシュなものはないが、ワッフル、パンはおいしい。朝食会場のスタッフは、優しく丁寧な対応でよかった。

Everything was as expected but the card to my room gave me issues and I kept on having to run to the front office to get it reactivated

Staff checkin was a breeze. The nicest last checked us in! This is definitely 3 star property. Don't expect much. It was the cheapest by far for the night we needed to be close to Fallsview. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfy. In the morning is when we noticed ants in bathroom. Would not stay there again. Didn't check out breakfast.

The mattress was pretty bad.

It was a convenient place to stay. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

This is an old property. Room can use storage under sink, towel holders near the sink. Room amenities were dated. They had the old style single unit AC and heat which is so annoying these days. Front desk staff needs training in customer service and how to smile and interact with customers. We felt as if we were not welcome (maybe they were just tired of dealing with tourists all the time). Overall, we felt Comfort Inn should not have their name on this place.

Staff was unconcerned about questions I had about all the extra fees. A resort fee was unacceptable and felt like a Rip-off , you received no value - a free 500ml bottle of water, 1 per room for $15.00/night it's nothing more than a cash grab. Also besides the regular taxes, an additional $5.00 + tax fee per night for area improvement. And $30 + tax to park is expensive. But everyone charged for parking. Room was adequate, believe that I got what I paid for in that respect. Only minor issue is it is a bit tired looking.

The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Staff friendly and breakfast was decent. The only complaint I had was that there was no microwave in the room.

Good price for a night. Casino was near. Overall not bad

Staff is rude hot tub looks like scum in it overall the whole place needs a good renovation wouldn't recommend it to no one

Clean Room. Comfortable stay..

The breakfast was great. The hot tubcould use more power(force) in the jets. We had a young family in the room next to us and were woken up at 5:45 am with them and a parent playing very loudly. Maybe put families with youngsters close to each other to avoid having adults being bothered.

We always stay here. Very reasonable, close to the view of the falls and a decent free breakfast.

Staff was very rude. Also rooms dirty and outdated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast included was sub par I would rather Tim Hortons. The Tv in the room was old and tiny. There is literally 10 channels at most. My opinion this hotel needs a complete management change and update.
