Clean quiet room and hotel staff was friendly and helpful

The room is interesting. There is no closet, no drawers, and no hangers for clothing. We had our clothes on the couch at all times. Our room was so noisy that we were woken up at night by the noise, and during the daytime, the jet-hammer was unbearable. We could hear people talking, walking, and all kinds of sounds. One afternoon, we were trying to relax, and the chambermaid walked in with a worker without knocking(?). Or, the noise of the jethammer was so loud that we couldn't hear. Finally, we realized that they were doing renovations just above us. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

Cleanliness, lots of hot water and friendly staff were the highlights of our 7 night stay. Every day we came back to a clean room with beds made and towels. Our flights arrived early and the hotel was happy to hold our luggage while we waited and explored the area. Its very central to the old port, china town and the underground to Place Desjardins and St. Catherines St. Directly across the street from the main entrance/exit is 159 Rue St Antoine, that'll start your journey through the underground up to Place Desjardins, St Catherine for great shopping. We'll stay here again for sure.

Booked this as a gift for my parents and they had a wonderful stay!

The hotel was good. They did call out made to order breakfast as a bonus, but it was really just a Buffett with an omelet station. A little disappointed. The second day they also pushed the breakfast to a conference room to prioritize a private event. There was no seating offered so we had to take it back to the room. That was upsetting.

The room was amazing and the food was great too for the breakfast. The app work for choosing our own room. We would stay at Embassy Suites again perfect location everything is near by with a 20 minute walk. You will not be disappointed but choose the deluxe room if you can. Thank you so much Embassy Suites are amazing. The staff are truly outstanding and go above to meet everyone needs. Thank you!! Also for late checkout when people have late flights.

Great Stay

Room was great -we had a suite with a sitting area and kitchenette. Cleaning and breakfast crew were phenomenal and happy hour included every night was a nice addition. Perfectly located block from Notre Dame and the underground Berlin Wall remnant

It took the front desk over 30 minutes before I was able to check-in.

Clean room. Breakfast was hectic due to lack of seating. Sympathetic towards breakfast staff as they were challenged keeping food stock as they kept running out.

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we did not fully enjoy our stay due to several issues. The room did not have sufficient lighting, which made it uncomfortable, especially in the evenings. In addition, the kitchen was missing basic utensils, including a knife, which made it difficult to use. We also found that there were not enough towels provided during our stay. Furthermore, only one elevator was working, and this resulted in very long wait times—often at least 10 minutes each time we needed to use it

Rooms were clean and nicely upgraded.

Staff, especially front desk upon check in. Cleanliness and spaciousness as well as amenities of the room, and the delicious breakfast!
