Room was very clean, place is a little dated, restaurant was good, food was good. Find it a little strange that you gave to pay for drip coffee at zhe front desk, but overall a pleasant stay!

Nice clean, quiet room with comfortable beds. Beautiful grounds, always beautifully maintained. Dinner in the casino was also good.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but unfortunately the room was quite outdated. The toilet paper holder was broken, the heating system fan was extremely loud, and there was no phone in the room, so I had to go to reception whenever I needed assistance. I also noticed stains on the bed sheets and hair in the folded towel which was disappointing. Overall, my stay was not comfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The dining options were good but I would have liked to get a delicious decaf latte. In room and restaurants only had decaf drip...and it wasn't very good. Perhaps the "Grab & Go" counter could offer up more coffee options?

Stayed here a few times. I'm always happy with everything.

The setting is beautiful! Our room was a bit cramped- small for a King room. The toilet wasn't working too well - and office chair was broken - leaning. Otherwise it was all good. A special place to stay.

Beautiful location

Amazingly ignorant Casino manager, led by Bev. Was profiled as being drunk and slurry. But was just drinking diet coke and a stroke survivor. Absolutely disgusting and blatant abuse of power. Surprisingly racist for an indigenous establishment.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful property, a great location. It’s by far our favourite place to stay in the Cranbrook, Kimberly area. Minor things, TV was confusing, all light bulbs should be updated to LED, the shower controls were not intuitive.

This was our second stay at St. Eugene. I have found when booking through Expedia you are given a less desirable room. The overnight stay was good. The only issues were that the door to the room had a non operable lock and we used only the flip over latch. A proper door lock is most important during a hotel stay. There was one bedside lamp only and it didn't work. It seemed that the beds were smaller than actual 'queen size'. I could be mistaken. The casino was fun.

The room was ready when we got there and it was clean. Also the staff were all great.

Tried to cancel my reso at 2pm for a 4pm check-in due to overbooking. Tried to get me to pay to stay at a motel down the road instead. Wasn't until around 5:30 where they said they have room for me at St. Eugene. Very bizarre last minute scenario that jeopardized my reservation that was made a month prior right before check in.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just on the last day of stay, there was no housekeeping service in the room.

We were pretty disappointed that our room was not cleaned after day one. We are out of coffee towel towels. Beds weren’t changed. When we left for breakfast, there was a maid cart two rooms before us when we got back to the room at 4:30 there was a maid cart. Two rooms passed us and yet our room was not done. I had to ask for more coffee, more towels, etc. for what I paid per night. I was disappointed other than that. The food was great. The people were great.
