Average hotel with attached restaurant.

It was a good clean room. Big. Location is great for airport but far from downtown. Breakfast was a joke. Not a lot to begin with, very very basic continental and staff couldn’t keep up with the demands of the customers so food kept running out and not being replenished quickly

The breakfast was as basic as possible with very unappetizing looking fried eggs, no sweet pastries and worst of all no fresh fruit other than apples and oranges. Poorly designed washrooms with sink outside of room with toilet and shower so you couldn't wash hands without lighting up the whole room for other sleepers.

The hotel is tired. It does the job and the price is right. If I have a complaint it was that it took an hour to get a shuttle to pick us up when the hotel is only 5 minutes away.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the included airport shuttle, although even the shuttle vehicle was old and run down. The room was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The bedding was thin and scratchy, the heating/air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and only half the lamps worked despite confirming the touch switches were on and the switch at the entrance was also on. Cleanliness was a major concern. There was visible mold and dust in the bathroom (I have photos), and the carpet was so dirty my white socks turned dark within 30 minutes. I ended up wearing sandals for the rest of my stay. The bathroom desperately needs updating. There was almost no counter space, the hair dryer smelled like a burning element, and the towels were more gray than white. With the toilet and shower separated and no bath mat provided, I had to walk across the dirty carpet after showering. There was no secure Wi-Fi, hallway noise carried into the room all day and night, and the complimentary breakfast was far from fresh or appetizing. Overall, this property needs significant renovation, better housekeeping, and basic maintenance. I cannot recommend staying here. Even one star feels more generous than this experience deserved.

Breakfast was good. Staff were quite impersonal. Room was nice and comfortable. Parking was difficult for those of us who struggle with health issues.

This hotel serves its purpose. Front desk staff seem like they always have a bad day, barely civil. Bar staff and restaurant staff are great. Property needs attention but the cleaning staff do a good job with the rooms. Stained carpets in the hallways would lead you to think otherwise. Water pressure in the shower is a trickle. Takes a while for the water to climb the showerhead. This makes me laugh.

Toilet didnt flush, told staff and they brushed it off like it was nothing

Was only there for a few hours as our flight was early morning. Room was clean and adequate and bed was comfortable. Could do with updating the corridors, especially the carpets.

It was all good , especially liked the coffee being readily available

Worst experience and horrible place.

Free breakfast was eggs sausage and toast buffet style. Very close to airport. Has a shuttle that brings you to and from airport.
