The staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious. The terrace rooftop is lovely to sit on! Very cute boutique-like hotel. Highly recommend!

We loved our staying! The staff Nancy, Sophia and another staff at the desk were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great! We could walk everywhere from the hotel. I would love to return to Quebec and stay there again!

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many tourist sites and restaurants in Old Quebec. Off site Parking Garage is a 5 minute walk away. The morning breakfast is fresh and tasty, including eggs, yoghurt, fruit, toast, and fresh croissants. The tea and coffee bar are always available. A comfortable outdoor terrace with chairs and tables are available for guests. The staff is friendly and gave some good tips on places to visit within and outside the city. Overall a well located boutique hotel in Old Quebec.

Warm welcome from Fara. She helped us with parking, our luggage and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our room was perfect for 2 of us. Clean and had everything we needed. All of the sites were easily accessible. We loved walking but could be challenging for anyone who can't handle hills and the cobblestone roads. The music festival was a bonus for us. We walked across the street to watch the musicians. The parking is tricky. We didn't need our car during our stay. Many rules on the streets on where to park. Difficult to understand. Overall, we stay was great. We hope to bring the rest of the family back with us.

Beautiful property in lovely location which was close to city and right by park. Well appointed rooms but note that you do not get room serviced daily so need to make own bed etc. Not suitable if you have walking difficulties as steep stairs and no lift, there are ground floor rooms but others are on higher floors. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Staff is very commendable, we were always helped everywhere we go, whetger in breakfast or late at night. It was our first time in Quebec and we enjoyed our stay in this chic hotel! Hotel is very close to main areas and the restaurants are just a few steps away. Places are easy to navigate around the area too as the location was good. It was a great experience being in this French city!

Superb location. Very friendly, helpful, engaging staff who spoke English and actually remembered our names. Rooms were clean with lots of character as all in a heritage mansion. Art everywhere! The charm is the small, boutique property in a great, walkable location. But what makes it special is the staff. Fara at the front desk made my stay feel warm and comfortable. She was always helpful with a kind and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to show me around, help with my luggage (4 flights of stairs!) and greeted me by name every time she saw me. She even stepped in to set up and serve breakfast when needed, with a smile on her face. I hope they appreciate the gem they have in Fara.

Cute facility centrally located easy walking to dinning, happy hours and shopping! Definitely would stay here again!!
