The hotel is wonderful but the staff was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and helpful and made the stay a 10 plus. Hotel is in an amazing location. Walkable to everything room was super comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

Très bien. Le personnel a l’accueil était vraiment présent et aidant. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter vieux Québec. Le seul hic est le stationnement un peu loin .

The staff made this trip extra memorable! The hotel is such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. A special shoutout to the evening receptionist,Delphin, who tended to all of our needs. We also want to thank Enrik who made the most delicious breakfast crepes. We loved our stay so much, we booked again in August!
