All was wonderful. Our beautiful room was down a long flight of stairs. Fortunately, they assisted with our bags. We are in our late 70’s and would never been able to do it ourselves.

Iguazu Jungle was a wonderful place, the rooms were spacious as was the bathrooms! Everything we needed and more. The Iguazu Falls were a short ride away and the jungle atmosphere was clean and pure.

Everything was excellent, especially the service. Our stay could not have been better.

The hotel is a twenty minute taxi ride from the entrance to the park, but well worth staying there. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are helpful and easily arrange rides to and from the park and the airport.

This hotel exceeded my already somewhat lofty expectations. The setting really is in the heart of a jungle which is quite lush and beautiful. The lodge was the biggest surprise as it had all the amenities of a first class hotel. The staff was first rate and I would like to especially note Sam in the restaurant who despite our language differences made me feel especially at home. My room had a lovely deck that bordered the jungle. And last, lots of options to visit the incredible falls.

From the start at reception to the restaurant staff and bellmen, all staff were friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous. Rooms clean and spacious. Having the option to shower in the pool locker rooms after a visit to the Falls is an extra nice touch.

We recently stayed at Iguazú Jungle Lodge and it was honestly one of the best international travel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless. The front desk team went above and beyond to help with anything we needed — always proactive, organized, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is spotless. Everything is beautifully maintained, tidy, and very well organized. Our room was stunning, with a peaceful jungle view that made the entire stay feel relaxing and immersive. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which is absolutely essential in Iguazú. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. They are doing an amazing job, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, spotless rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant. The grounds are well maintained, despite some construction. Overall, a very good experience. Our only issues were that the staff said not to drink the water, but they only put four 300ml bottles in the room, and the floodlights shining onto our balcony, that drew a lot of bugs and detracted from the jungle ambiance.

The grouds are beautiful. Room was great, and bed very comfortable. Restaurant is excellent, which is a good thing because location makes it a bit difficult to eat anywhere else if you don't have a car.

Clean room, staff courteous & friendly. Breakfast is delicious, many variety of drinks.

Staff at reception were very good with good English. Room was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor areas were well looked after. The included breakfast was in the restaurant and offered a good choice. The evening meals were were very good. Portions are big by UK standards with a lot of meat. The resort is outside the town centre if that’s important to you. It was not a concern of ours. We had a great stay.

Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful

Everything was great at the lodge. Room was great, very clean, and beds very comfortable. The restaurant had very good food, we had dinner there every night of our stay and tried something new every night. The big pool was amazing! The game room is a plus too, and kids enjoyed playing fusball and pool. Staff were very nice and very helpful as well. I highly recommend the lodge.

The resort feels like part of the jungle, exactly as its name. Beautiful place, though you have to climb a bit when moving from one spot to another. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. the staff was nice and always ready to help.
