Great deal for the price, friendly staff, nice room!

This hotel was listed on Expedia as having electric car charging, but it was not working so I had to find a charger and pay extra elsewhere. Door did not have a swing bar latch, only the one main lock. It looked decent from the website photos but felt sketchy when we arrived, bulletproof glass enclosure around the reception desk and "adult" items in the vending machine that my kid was asking questions about.

Yes parking was great, easy and secure. The ac was fantastic. I didnt like the soaps. Everything else aas fine.

The room has fruit flies and they dont clean the rooms good enough. The shower head broke and was not fix prior to having the guezt checkin. The cleaning service left the door open while we were out exploring.

Property is nice but being renovated

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the facilities were well-equipped, and parking was convenient.

The rooms in this motel in a light industrial area are spacious with the highlight being the renovated bathroom. The shower is amazing! When we stayed the hall carpets were being replaced, which was noisy, dusty and made access to the rooms difficult, There is only staircase from the carpark to the upper floor rooms, which is not that convenient.

During our residency, the hotel began renovating the second floor, which unfortunately created a lot of noise. This is usually the case, but it happened.

Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Water pressure is not the best, but overall enjoyed my stay while I am there for work.

First, I want to say that the staff were polite and helpful, but that is where the good review ends, I have photos. Second, I want to let you know that NOWHERE did the website say anything about the hotel being in a stage of renovation, and it was. IF IT HAD, I would not have made a reservation, especially for the price. The carpeting in the hallways, as well as the wallpaper was being replaced, the carpet vent coverers were not in place leaving holes in the floor way. Out of the period of my stay, June 9th through June 18th, 9 days, four of those days, the water pressure in the room was insufficient to take a shower, for days, the toilet tank flapper was inoperative due to the chain being broken and at no time did they replace the chain except with paperclips which keep breaking. I had to place my hand in the tank 14 times to make the toilet flush and yes, I told the desk and the came once to repair but did not return after being told again. 4 days, my room was not cleaned, fresh towels, bedding changed and bed made. The room had metal cups, which are good, but they were not changed and I was watching. There were no washer and dryer units for washing clothes. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the room was small but opened on time each day. I should have known when I arrived when I saw the entire desk area covered from ceiling to desk level with 1.5 inch (approximately) with Bullet resistant, "thick" glass. I was completely disappointed. Police were there repeatedly.

Parking was easy, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. When I first entered the room, it appeared clean and well-maintained. Since it was late at night, I went straight to bed. However, the next morning, when I opened the refrigerator, I found leftovers that had apparently been left behind by a previous guest.
