Everything is perfect. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is so spacious and comfy. You can see the full view of Mt. Fuji when you wake up or before sunset (when the sky is clear). The Fuji view from the hotel is so stunning if you booked with the view, or you can see it in the hotel restaurant and sightseeing area on the 6th floor! (Don't miss it.) The onsen and yukata dress are so comfortable :). Highly impressive.

The room has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji and was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the onsen too! The surrounding area of the hotel was also very beautiful! Will definitely be back to here when visiting Mount Fuji.

Good loacation and service, especially room in Japanese style facing to Fujisan was superb. Garden around the hotel in Nov. Is colorful with red leaves 🍁.

The most satisfying hotel when I am in japan. Great view, great service, great breakfast, big space room and there is a shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station. Very recommended hotel for you and family to stay.

The hotel is far old but clean. There is no shady garden. During the leaves, the color changes beautifully. There is an onsen room, indoor outdoor but quite small. The mountain view room is clearly visible to Fuji. There is a shuttle service from the Council of Niagawa. It's convenient.

Great view of mount fuji and the lake. Great for that purpose. Have onsen on the basement which you can experience while in japan.
